Went there for the first time. Needed some questions answered. I bought a truck near Philly and…read morewanted to know if I can get it serviced there in Honesdale and a few other questions. The service guy at the desk was spot on. He suggested I speak to a sales guy to see if I can get some paperwork from Ford. To make a long story short, he asked me why I didnt ask the Ford dealership where I bought the Certified Ford from and I said because its a 100 miles away. He said that didnt stop me from going there to buy the truck. With that I said, bad answer and told him I wouldn't do business there and walked out. He just lost me as a customer forever. I really needed some aftermarket parts for my truck. Too bad A hole. I will take my business to Taska in Dicksoncity.

UPDATE: After picking up my truck, things got worse…read more I was told the transmission was being "overhauled," but after reviewing the paperwork, it's clear this was not a full rebuild. It looks like only failed parts were replaced while other major components were reused. That's not what most people would expect when they hear the word overhaul, and it feels misleading. To make matters worse, I left with a cracked windshield that was not there when I dropped the truck off. No mention of it, no accountability -- just handed the truck back like nothing happened. At this point, it's not even worth the aggravation of going back and dealing with them. That says everything about the level of confidence I have in this place. Between the lack of transparency, questionable quality of work, and now damage to my vehicle, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
