I didn't feel 'sold' or otherwise taken advantage of, something I think is always top-of-mind in a tire shop (whether that's fair or not is another story). When I brought my car back to the store and explained my issue, the salesman said they would replace the front two tires for $200. I originally paid over $1,000 for the 4 tires installed and paid for an alignment. The salesman told me about all the pot holes in PA and how i hadn't rotated the tires. This after only 13,000 miles on the tires. I am incensed that this was their version of a warranty where the customer pays to replace a defective product.
