I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Laser Lube in Scranton…read more 401 meridian avenue Scranton, PA I brought my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Laser Lube in July 2026 for authorized repairs, including fuel-injector replacement and replacement of two oxygen sensors. I paid $1,119.50 for the work. After picking up my vehicle, I discovered significant problems with the work and the condition of the vehicle. The oxygen sensors had been damaged, wiring clips/retainers had been broken, and the exhaust in the catalytic-converter area had been cut in multiple places. The oxygen sensors were then welded back into place. The quality of the welding was, in my opinion, extremely poor. The welds on the oxygen sensors and exhaust are visibly rough and appear unfinished and improperly executed. This is not what I would expect from a professional automotive repair facility. The exhaust and oxygen-sensor area was left in a condition that required additional attention, and I subsequently experienced check-engine-light issues involving the oxygen-sensor system. I attempted to resolve the situation rather than immediately taking legal action, but I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with Laser Lube. I ultimately filed a civil lawsuit concerning the matter. The case is currently being appealed, so I am not presenting the court case as a final determination of the facts. This review is based on my personal experience and the condition of my vehicle after the work was performed. For anyone considering using this shop, DON'T!!!!!!! I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and obtaining photographs, diagnostic information, invoices, and an independent inspection if you have had work performed, concerns about the work performed. ERIC RAMOS told me expressively he completed the work; they do this to everyone's vehicle they come into contact with. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Laser Lube.
