I took our car there for an inspection. We've owned the car for one year, purchased with less than 20,000 miles on it. Drives perfect. After Kost "looked it over" I received a call informing me the vehicle did not pass, it needs tires (which was expected, they were at the point of just being needed and it probably was a judgment call as to whether they passed or not) we expected that. The man who called then told me our front rotors "were completely shot" and I "really shouldn't even be driving it". The car brakes as smooth as can be, no grinding, squealing, or shaking in the steering wheel, nothing. I told him I would pick it up. I will say on a positive note, they do not charge you and give you 30 days to bring it back just gave me the keys. They were polite & professional. We took it to a different garage a couple days later and they called and said it needs tires. So I guess it wasn't a judgement call lol. Brakes were fine. If I had just took Kost's word for it they would have charged hundreds of dollars to put brakes on our vehicle. Oh, and windshield wipers that also seem perfectly fine and weren't an issue at the other garage. I personally do not trust this establishment any longer. Thanks for reading.

To my surprise, there was a screw but the tire pressure monitor wasn't reading low pressure on the correct tire. I refused to accept the charges that were given to me and their 'scare tactics'. My boyfriend agreed to pay for the fees because I knew I was being ripped off and after being treated with such blatent misogyny, I couldn't in good faith give my money to this company. I refused to even go in to pick up my car. I have never been treated this poorly by a group of men in my life. That is saying a lot. Trust me, if you are a woman, you do not want to deal with this group. But if they treat women this poorly, I am sure they treat men this poorly too. I asked for a vehicle inspection for a specific date and time and advised that I did not want to drop the car off but rather wanted an appointment for 10:00 am and would wait for the inspection to be done. The "scheduler" got my phone number wrong, and scheduled me for a basic oil change. What? So I asked to speak to the people at Tire Choice in Dallas, PA. Of course, when I was transferred to Dallas all went well. They have all my vehicle & personal information at hand and gave me a 10:00 am appointment no problem. The service at TC is excellent and for that reason I am giving them a 5 star rating. I love Tire Choice, but why do they have such an idiotic scheduling system in place?
