I called my long-time mechanic (just to compare estimates) and he told me they couldn't get the tire for at least a week. I was surprised they could beat my trusted shop's timeline. Then I visited Sandone and they continued to impress me. After about 15 minutes of checking over the car, their mechanic told me that they were able to repair and patch the flat tire and I would not have to buy a new tire. Wow, great news! Once the work was completed, i was stunned to learn there would be no charge for the service!!!! At that point, I decided to switch over to Sandone for all of my tire needs. 1. Charged more than the phone quote for 4 new tires, alignment, and oil change…read more 2. Technician Stripped wheel stud and charged me to replace it. 3. Didn't finish because of wheel stud had to leave the vehicle over night and find transport home 4. Oil was under filled by a quart. 5. Charged me $5 to have a manager insure they had the correct oil filter. 6. ***LUG NUTS NOT TIGHTENED*** Lost two had to put truck in another shop to have them replaced and the other wheels checked out. 7. Needs to go back into the shop to have a second front end alignment because the first couldn't be accurate if lug nuts were loose. Three calls to the customer service line to get $100 gift card... for my troubles. Save yourself the headaches find another store.
