Absolutely dreadful experience. I've read reviews online about them charging for work that hasn't actually been done and all other horror stories. My mom and aunt have taken their cars for service there and had no problems, so I figured I'd give it a shot because he had the cheapest price for alignments in the area. Especially because people on the internet like to talk. Boy was this the worst mistake I ever made. I called up 4 times. 3 times it just rang and rang, no answering machine. 4th time, I got an answer and they said they could it in the afternoon (this is on a Friday) if I just dropped it off. They would ring me later when it's done. Just an alignment and only the front tires. Nothing fancy. The place closed at 6 pm and I called from 4 pm until 6pm to see if my car was done. No answer. You're telling me I dropped my car off at noon and 6 hours later you couldn't do the alignment AFTER you told me to drop it off? I went down and took my car back with my other set of keys. It took them until Saturday at 2pm (closing time) to call me letting me know my car was done to come get it. Not only did it the day before and never called me, or answered the phones, but they never even KNEW my car was gone. I came in and they said the keys were in it. My car could have be stolen for a day and they would have had ZERO idea. Don't try to save a few bucks like I did. This was the worst crew I've EVER had to deal with. The problem with this town is that it's small and people like this get too complacent. News flash, the internet exists, and people are going to talk about your service. You can't do shady work and get away with it any more, crooks. NEVER again. read more

Purchased 4 NEW tires on 1/13/18. Yesterday, 2/6, husband had flat tire going to work. Tried calling multiple times and no answer, no answering machine. Drove up this morning (in a snowstorm) to be told "can't find leak". Got home , 20 minutes later, and there was OBVIOUS leaking from the stem. Seems to me , checking and fixing the stem would be easy. Took vehicle to usual mechanic, which is what we should have done in the first place. It doesn't matter how good the price is if the work is substandard! Just looked at other reviews. I bet J.S. is a guy and Crystal is obviously a woman. I guess women get better service than men. read more

Definitely a spot for the locals, and worth the drive for good service. I went in for an inspection and was helped very fast regardless of the many customers. I was also given a lot if extra feedback on ways to fix my car or improve things that have aged without hearing it needed done or being charged for unnecessary work. The owner was also doing a lot of extra work to satisfy his regular customers; he did multiple safety checks for one woman who was worried something might have happened under her car. They really put customers first, giving great service! read more

Got new tires on my friends 2006 cobalt and EJs "aligned" it. Burned of both front tires in 5 months. He refused to accept it was his wrong doing. He then preceded it take it in and align it, coming out with a bogus print out form saying it was fixed. Took to another shop and they went to align it, the jamb nuts were rusted solid after he claimed have fixed it the day before. He's a crook, charging for work he doesn't do and not standing behind his "repairs". Don't get screwed like us. Kinda upset I even have to give him one star. Rather put him in the negatives. read more

DO NOT ever go here for anything. There are enough other places in the area where you should actually walk to another shop even if you broke down right in front of their door. They will give you an estimate and then charge more saying there were problems or they found somehing else wrong. The customer service is horrendous and they act like they don't want you there. The last straw for me was I took two atv tires there to be put on and the guy gave me attitude about doing them. I dropped the tires off before 9am and he said it would be about an hour. Three and a half hours later they would not answer their phone so I drove back down and the tires were sitting in the same exact spot I left them and they were working on something else that wasn't even there when I dropped my tires off. I told the man there that I was taking the tires back and I could not wait any longer and he just shrugged and walked away. Please help put these guys out of business and do not go here and pass on the word, you'll be doing a community service. read more
