I ordered food for my family this evening in the amount of $49.56 as a carryout order. I came home and my family and I proceeded to eat our meal. Mid meal my sister-in-law says, "oh my gosh there is a hair in my pizza". At closer look there was a hair baked into her slice of Hawaiian pizza. We were immediately grossed out and could no longer finish our food because of this disgusting discovery. I have tried to contact the store directly and gotten nowhere. I have contacted their corporate office and gotten no response in this matter, and I have also tried to submit a complaint online via the pizza pipeline website. When I tried to submit my complaint online, I was met with an error code each time and the complaint would not send. I tried on my phone on my children's phones on my husband's phone and on my pc and got the same response each time. Then pizza pipeline went even further blocking my IP address for my homes Wi-Fi as well as my ip address on my cellphone so I cannot access their website at all. I know this is the case because when I try to visit the pizza pipeline site from my phone or pc I cannot, but when I try from my husband's phone with the Wi-Fi off and just his data on it works. I have been unable to resolve this all I was asking for was a refund for my meal that was ruined, and that maybe that location should consider some hair and facial hair nets. I have been a lifelong customer and lover of pizza pipeline and because of this experience I will never again order from them and will do all I can to let others know as well. This should never have happened and although it did it should have been resolved in a short manner of time. The fact that they would go as far as to block an ip address to keep someone from submitting a complaint is insane. I guess if you like ordering pizza that may possibly have hair baked in then this is the place for you. Pizza pipeline you have forever lost a customer and I hope you conduct business better in the future.

They literally scraped off the onions AND the cheese and sent it back out. Flagged down the server and sent it back for cheese. 30 seconds later I heard the kitchen bell, and back out it came. No cheese, but now it was cold and the fries were cold. Did we get it taken off the check? No. Did we get a discount? Again no. I would have asked for a manager but pretty sure there wasn't one.
