I have been going to the pizza pipeline at 1403 N division st in Spokane wa for several years and…read morehave always loved their food. Sadly, that ended on Thursday September 10, 2026, at 8:23pm. I ordered food for my family this evening in the amount of $49.56 as a carryout order. I came home and my family and I proceeded to eat our meal. Mid meal my sister-in-law says, "oh my gosh there is a hair in my pizza". At closer look there was a hair baked into her slice of Hawaiian pizza. We were immediately grossed out and could no longer finish our food because of this disgusting discovery. I have tried to contact the store directly and gotten nowhere. I have contacted their corporate office and gotten no response in this matter, and I have also tried to submit a complaint online via the pizza pipeline website. When I tried to submit my complaint online, I was met with an error code each time and the complaint would not send. I tried on my phone on my children's phones on my husband's phone and on my pc and got the same response each time. Then pizza pipeline went even further blocking my IP address for my homes Wi-Fi as well as my ip address on my cellphone so I cannot access their website at all. I know this is the case because when I try to visit the pizza pipeline site from my phone or pc I cannot, but when I try from my husband's phone with the Wi-Fi off and just his data on it works. I have been unable to resolve this all I was asking for was a refund for my meal that was ruined, and that maybe that location should consider some hair and facial hair nets. I have been a lifelong customer and lover of pizza pipeline and because of this experience I will never again order from them and will do all I can to let others know as well. This should never have happened and although it did it should have been resolved in a short manner of time. The fact that they would go as far as to block an ip address to keep someone from submitting a complaint is insane. I guess if you like ordering pizza that may possibly have hair baked in then this is the place for you. Pizza pipeline you have forever lost a customer and I hope you conduct business better in the future.

Ordered a pub burger: 1000 island, American cheese, carmalized onions, lettuce, tomato. Asked for no onions. It came out with tons of onions. Sent it back. They literally scraped off the onions AND the cheese and sent it back out. Flagged down the server and sent it back for cheese. 30 seconds later I heard the kitchen bell, and back out it came. No cheese, but now it was cold and the fries were cold. Did we get it taken off the check? No. Did we get a discount? Again no. I would have asked for a manager but pretty sure there wasn't one. Won't be going back.

The padded seats on the back wall are in disrepair, ripped with padding coming out (should've taken a pic). I went to use the bathroom and it was out of soap. When I requested new soap, I was ordered "out of the kitchen," but I wasn't in the kitchen at all. I was at the nearest point of contact, back up 4" and the blonde gal stormed off to get soap. A simple hourly (or let's be real... daily) check could've prevented this. I wonder how many employees used that restroom and just shrugged at no soap before they head back to work to make our food.

The incompetent workers that ruined my evening.

They kinda shrugged not knowing either, so I went to the cash register to find one employee just simply hanging out on his phone. Waited another minute just to not make a scene and the employees finally came out. The one made my sandwich in a timely manner which is why this isn't a one star review. The other factor was I was not impressed with the service initially but the other employee came over didn't ask anything just said the price it'll be. I didn't leave a tip, because they literally did the bare minimum (their job is to make sandwiches). That employee did not give my receipt, rolled his eyes, and took it for himself. Absolutely disrespectful employee base here. I've had to work a basic food service job and I work food industry now as a manager. I would not be so forgiving to this kind of behavior.
