This is especially frustrating because we had already stopped coming to this location after two previous issues in 2025. On both occasions, they were out of the products needed to make our drinks and told us we would receive refunds. We never received either refund. We went back in person, called and left messages for the manager, and even texted the manager using the number provided to us by an employee. The manager actually responded to the text asking, "Who is this?" and then asked what we needed. We explained the situation and provided the details, but after that, she stopped responding and we never received any follow-up or resolution. One of those orders was over $30 and the other was almost $11. We have made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, both in person and through calls and texts, but have received no remedy. At this point, the repeated order issues and complete lack of follow-up from management have been disappointing. We have given this location multiple opportunities to make things right, but unfortunately, after today it's obvious things have not improved at this location.
