I have mixed feelings. Here's why... Ordered the iced macadamia but latte. The cup said mac. But when the barista called out the order she said it was a vanilla latte. Naturally, I did not pick up the order. The cashier then walked over and said this is your drink to me and said macadamia nut latte. The barista told her it was a vanilla latte. So the cashier looked confused. Then took the drink away then a minute later came back with the exact same cup and said here's your mac nut latte. The barista looked confused. I was over it and just took it. The drink was great. I didn't taste much vanilla or macadamia. There was great coffee flavor. But then I realized there was barely any coffee and just mostly ice. For $8 it was a massive rip off. If you're okay with that kind of cost definitely try it. Whatever you get will probably be good. Just gotten be open minded. read more

This place had one of the best iced Mac nut lattes we had while we visited the island. We also got the acai bowls from here. They were good but the acai itself was more of a frozen consistency rather than like a smoothie texture that it normally is. I came here twice for the coffee while visiting. Also I got the cinnamon roll which was really good!! It was just overpriced for how small it was. Easy free parking nearby read more

This cute coffee shop is at the area at Hoopilani food truck park. It's open earlier than the other trucks that don't open till 5. I had an iced ube latte that was delicious & pretty. It wasn't sweet though. I asked for an extra vanilla shot, but I really didn't notice it. They had smoothies on the menu too. Friendly service. Cute place. read more

Hubby is always on the hunt for a great cappuccino and mocha so we had to stop here as we were staying close by. He got a large mocha with an extra shot and it's pretty good. I always ask him for his yelp rating and he gave this cup a 4. My couple sips revealed a not overly sweet taste with a smooth finish. Some cute high tops to sit at too. This place is pretty popular because it is the only food truck open in the morning. I ordered the macadamia nut latte with oat milk, which had very strong macadamia nut flavor, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I also tried the dirty brown latte, which is an odd name, but it is just a brown sugar latte. Similarly pretty yummy but a bit sweet for my taste and a bit thin in terms of mouthfeel for me. Another person in my party ordered a cold brew with a small splash of creamer, got charged $1 for the splash, and they added so much creamer that it turned out latte-colored. read more

I been walking to this coffee shop for the past 8 days on my trip. It's very convenient since it's right down the street which is nice. They are all so friendly that work there. I'm giving 4 stars because the first time I went there and got an açaí bowl they forgot to add my peanut butter and it's extra money and I didn't realize until when I got to my hotel since they put it in a bag. Their lattes are yummy though!! I recommend the Hawaiian latte iced! read more

Delicious coffee, but it's not Hawaiian coffee. They use Cafe Oma, which is Colombian. The black drip coffee and white chocolate mocha were both very good. The ham, egg, and cheese croissant was alright. The egg was really thick and it's just a single slice of ham for $15. The banana bread wasn't my favorite, it was too moist, borderline soggy. The açaí bowls are fantastic and you can ask for a lid. Located in the lot with all the food trucks, don't follow the directions on Apple Maps, it'll take you way too far. I originally ordered the big daddy mocha roca, but after paying, they informed me they couldn't make it. They didn't refund the difference even though that drink was more expensive than the one I ended up with, which is why I'm knocking it down a star. read more

**A Must-Visit Gem in Lahaina!** If you are staying in the area, do yourself a favor and make the trip to **Vida's**. It was a perfect, scenic **.65-mile stroll** from my resort--super easy to walk to and absolutely worth the steps. The menu is incredible, and honestly, everything I've tried has been delicious. A few standouts: * **Açaí Bowl:** Simply divine. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly assembled. * **Macadamia Nut Latte:** Really tasty and a great local classic. * **Iced Ube Latte:** This takes the gold! It was easily the best thing I've had here--an absolute "OMG" moment. ***Mango Smoothies:***Refreshing, delicious and excellent for this heat. What's even more impressive is the value. A **16oz latte for $8** is insanely affordable, especially for the quality you're getting in Maui. The vibes are great, the service is friendly, and the drinks are top-tier. **Just go**--is all I can say! read more

There's a lot of other food trucks but this was the only one opened when I stopped by around 9am. It wasn't super busy so no long lines. Tried the acai bowl. It's good. Lots of tropical fruit. The acai bowl has GRANOLA, BANANA, STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE, BLUEBERRY, COCONUT HARMONY, HONEY DRIZZLE. All the fruit were fresh and sweet. Staff were friendly. They have a seating area outside. Vida's Coffee is a perfect local coffee spot tucked into a food truck setting near Ka'anapali. The vibe is laid-back, with plenty of seating around the truck to hang out and enjoy your drink. The staff was polite and welcoming, and the menu offers a variety of light, locally sourced options beyond just coffee, which makes it a great stop any time of day. I loved that it's also cost-effective--a 12oz latte for only $4.75 is a rare find on Maui, especially given the quality. read more

We were heading out to adventure for the morning and wanted to get coffee for the drive. Vida's had lots of customers, so it looked like a popular spot! Several customers were ordering breakfast though we only stopped in for coffee. I opted for the coconut latte and I cannot recommend it enough. It comes iced, which is great for a warm Hawaiian day. Perfect amount of coconut but not too sweet. Even my husband loved it. I will try to plan a trip for us to come here again before our trip ends! Parking is super easy but be prepared to wait in the sun to order in case the line gets long. read more

First time I got iced latte and it was pretty good. So I returned for a hot latte. It had only a barely espresso flavored mile burnt taste. I asked if they could strengthen it with an extra shot, and after they nicely asked me a few questions about how it's different from yesterday and how the roast might have been darker yesterday, I said I'll just pay for an extra shot. $2. Sweetest barista we met in Maui! Located in a food truck lot slightly north of all the resorts. Great stop to get your morning caffeine that's more reasonably priced in the $5-6 range. I got the Dirty Brown latte (essentially roasted caramel). The coffee was strong and just sweet enough. We also got the Macnut latte. Would recommend if you're a fan of macadamia nuts. Note, there's a credit card minimum of $8. Hours open is 6am-2pm. Parking is very easy in the lot. read more

So was the rice. The bananas/ plantains added good sweet flavor to the whole meal. The coconut cheese was interesting. Never had that before but it did taste like cheese and added flavor. The jackfruit arepa sandwich that we had, could have had the jackfruit, cheese, plantains mixed together better. The jackfruit bowl was better as it was easier to mix everything and get all the flavors together. Pretty much same as the sandwich but a little more and easier to mix (so would recommend the bowl over the sandwich). The sandwich seemed to be made of rice. We also had a mango and a coconut slushie drink. The mango tasted like the mango concentrate from Costco (sugary) and the coconut was a little more original/ different. We liked both though. Limited indoor seating. Outdoor seating available. Steady flow of patrons. The only thing I didn't like was that the price was a bit high though in my opinion but I guess everything in Maui is that high priced. Update: went back and got a coconut slushie drink again :) and tried the plant based mushroom and cheese (coconut cheese) and fish empanada. They were delicious with the mushroom being our favorite. The chipotle sauces and cilantro onion sauces were delicious as well! The empanadas are not made to order (they are premade so you cannot seperate out the cheese from the mushroom but it does not have a strong flavor). I also liked the coconut slushie by itself vs mixed with mango. Note: The empanadas come in 2: when you eat in house, a red Chipotle sauce and white cilantro onion sauce are given with it (as well as with the arepas); there is another sauce for vegans (think it's a cilantro/ oil/ spice sauce). We liked the white sauce better than the vegan sauce. The empanadas are not made to order (they are premade). If you order to go, you are only given once sauce. If you want more than one, you need to just add it on before you leave with the big dispensers. Otherwise, you only get one sauce (not sure why you can't just add white and red sauce in the same to go container but we weren't given the option). And, to make things worse, the lady said curtly she would charge me next time for 2 sauces "due to the plastic". well, thank you for not charging me but the statement was unnecessary IMHO. Note for improvement (and for this, I was tempted to drop the star rating): we came here multiple times and gave your business a lot of our dollars (about 135.00), yet the above statement, I don't think was necessary if you are trying to provide good customer service. You should gladly offer extra of the sauce or even, as I suggested above, allow customers to add the sauce themselves if they want more than 1 sauce and you don't want us to "use up your plastic containers". Kind of left a bad taste in our mouths.

If you dine in, they'll give you a number and deliver your food to your table. There's a water, utensils, and condiment station along with a rack to put your dirty dishes when you're done. I got an Iced Chai Latte with Almond Milk which is delicious especially since I am a Chai lover. And my go to is the Smashed Avocado Toast with feta crumbles, sprouts and a few cherry tomatoes. I always add an egg for protein but you have the option to add 2. I kept staring at the pastries in the glass showcase near the register so after finishing my toast, I treated myself to a Cinnamon Roll (baked and delivered by a local Argentine bakery-Momona) & that was the best decision of the day LOL! I mean I'm not a cinnamon roll person but this was flaky, crispy, oozing with Cream Cheese frosting! Everything you'd ever want your cinnamon roll to be! I would literally come back just for this. I did wish it was a tad on the affordable side since everything together was maybe $25-30. I definitely wouldn't come here often but not bad if you'd like a good drink and pastry once in a while.

Since it was Sunday, I decided today was the day. I'm not a big coffee connoisseur because of a health condition I have and caffeine can affect me but I do love coffee (even if it doesn't love me) but I'll usually go with a Tea option or Smoothie. I decided on a simple smoothie so I got the Keiki Smoothie with Banana, Strawberry and Apple Juice. I asked the waitress what sandwich is the most popular and she said the Turkey Pesto Melt and boy did that hit! It really was the BEST sandwich. It was on a crispy, flaky...and might I add...buttery croissant with thick slices of turkey, tomato, creamy pesto aioli and melted provolone! It came with some chips and dill pickle on the side. The only downside was the price-it was about $17 so I'm sure I'll treat myself once in a good while to this. My small smoothie was $8 but refreshing nonetheless. I love the vibes inside with hanging plants and art work throughout. There was someone doing remote work or school in the corner with her sleepy golden retriever next to her, a few locals outside and some visitors inside. The workers are friendly and I saw one clean the outside tables right away after a few parties left. A nice spot to hit up for some nice breakfast, lunch and a coffee with a friend.
