Quick, easy, delicious. Parking is always easy to find, the store is kept near and tidy, workers have always been kind and quick to get me my smoothie. I was hesitant to come because of past reviews, but this Jamba location has been my go to after an early morning surf sesh.

Wow very quick service and delicious smoothies! Very nice on a Friday afternoon. Lucky for us Starbucks was closed early for some reason so we adventured over to Jamba Juice next door! I have to say it was a nice surprise to have a smoothie. The place was clean the staff wore mask, I appreciated how clean everything was and I will say I will be back to enjoy more smoothies

On 09/29/23 I had ordered 3 smoothies via mobile order. When I got there they were blasting music at an unnecessary volume. No one was at the front when my mom and I walked in. I assumed the 3 girls were watching the cameras because they instantly turned the music down and one of the girls came to the front. I told her I was there to pick up a mobile order and she asked if it was for Erin and I told her yes. She said "we can't make your drink because we are out of frozen yogurt". The girl offered to substitute it with oatmilk dessert but we declined. I'm assuming they had my phone number because I placed a MOBILE ORDER so I don't know why they couldn't have called me before I headed over there. I had asked them for a refund so I ran out to my car to grab the card I used and when I got back in all 3 girls were up front trying to figure out how to get me my refund. I didn't even care if they gave it back to me in cash. I just wanted my money back because we left with nothing. One of the girls had called the manager on her personal phone and she said the manager would refund the money to my card I used when she got home (???) and said it would take about 3-5 days. I still have not gotten a refund and I called multiple times today (all day) to get a hold of them and no one picked up (photos of call logs below). I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. WORST SERVICE!!!

Called in a large order & service was friendly. Order made perfectly and I was in and out in 5minutes for a 10 smoothies order!

    New bowls, smaller, same price?

I just visited the Jamba Juice locates off of Waiale road or Kehalani area today and ordered a açaí primo bowl. Im a frequent customer and noticed a different bowl that appeared to be smaller(white cup)than recent purchases, they are usually in a clear bowl as advertised on the website. I asked one of three girls working if these were the new bowls because she was the one who made it. She had to ask the other girl if these are the new bowls? And she said yes! It would've been nice to know that they changed the bowls as they need to update the pictures on the website. These white bowls seem smaller for the same price from the clear bowls and narrower that makes it harder to eat or mix. Very disappointing, won't be ordering another primo bowl again as it was a weekly favorite.

Smoothie hero's coming in clutch tonight. Usually don't have as good of an experience, but this time we were in and out in under 5 minutes. Was very glad to catch them as one of the few places still open in the area (due to Hurricane Lane). Decent service considering we went in 10 minutes before closing. Chairs and tables were already put up/away. Looked closed. Could've easily had much worse service. Had plenty parking right in front of the store. Smoothie blended perfectly! 5/5 for blending this time cause lately it's been hit or miss (usually too chunky or too watery).

Blended well only after I asked for it to be blended more (twice). Seems like a lot of new workers who don't know recipes or how to blend a smoothie.

It's in a really cute food truck spot, with plenty of seating and very welcoming environment. Plus, there's chickens and a cat walking around. The food? Oh my god. The acai bowls are literally heavenly. Regular size is perfect. The bowl in its own comes with acai base, granola, honey, coconut shavings, strawberries and banana. There's a ton of add ons, so the bowl is very customizable. I came an hour after opening and the acai base was SO FRESH! The fruit was sweet and also very fresh, and the granola was crunchy without overwhelming the other textures. Peanut butter is also very good and generous with the serving. Smoothies are good, (according to family). If you're in Kahului, YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! According to the guy running the stand, he opened only 4 months ago and he's already doing great. 1000000% recommend!

This feels harsh but I am just so disappointed in the acai and ingredients here…read more The acai was icy, like the ingredients melted and refroze. The granola was dry, bland, and chunky. Lastly, the cacao nibs (extra $2 for a spoon), tasted like broken-up semi-sweet chocolate from the baking aisle of a grocery store. Also disappointing, but not a big deal: I asked to substitute blueberries for bananas, and the request was repeated back to me but not fulfilled. I couldn't even finish the bowl and wouldn't give this one another try without big changes.

Exactly what I expect out of a malasada. I had the li hing with the lilikoi filling. My child had cinnamon and sugar with Nutella and then we had one plain coated in sugar. The filling was delicious, but I also enjoyed the plain one coated and sugar because it was hot and squishy and fabulous. Wish I had some hot coffee to enjoy with it. We sat in our car right there and power ate them. The only downside was having to drive to a gas station afterward (with an awning) to get out and brush myself off from all the sugar. Five years ago I was so impressed that when I came back, I had it on my must eat list!…read more I had intended to eat here much earlier during the trip, but the Kona storm had different plans. So it was again the meal right before going to the airport to go home and the gate was closed, but I saw people eating inside so I did what I would not do In DC, which is get out of the car and just ask if it was open. I wouldn't do that In DC because it's just a little scary here. And a nice people called out to Ola the chef and he opened the gate for us!! This time it felt extra special. It was like eating with a dear old friend and come to find out Ola was living in Columbia Heights just before the pandemic. (We are frequenters of Columbia heights!) We really felt spoiled and cared for here. He whipped up an amazing bed of salad for both of us. The greens here in Maui are just so fresh and the flavors are so good and of course we topped it with mahi mahi either grilled or taco style. He also gave us coconut water and a smoothie and fresh papaya which I told him I only eat on the island, which is true because it doesn't taste as good anywhere else that I know. What a way to end a trip with a flood and power outage in the middle of it. When troubles come later at home, which they will, I will think back fondly and give things for the experience we had here. And there was so much food that I was blessed to take the food on the airplane which served as my main meal (bc I can't eat any of the things that is on the plane sadly with my limitations. Delta loves to serve things with lots of cheese or dairy.) When it's not too windy, sitting outside under the tent is a lovely way to enjoy. I hope I can be back in less than five years to enjoy Ola's food at Ula Ula again. I don't know why they don't have more reviews but after we came in, was glad to see more people come in through. I really think so highly a food trucks in general in Maui, but this is definitely a top winner and a true gem!!
