Went in and was told "Hi, right now we're actually not accepting orders because someone just went on their break and I'm not trained on register." Yikes. No timeline for when I could order, or other options given. Ie - online ordering. Tried calling 10 minutes later and when I asked if they were accepting orders again the line went silent. Fabulous service at this location. The three young individuals did a fantastic job. I liked the smoothies they made. my jamba here it tasted better than the other locations I've visited. Remember sign up with the jamba app. So helpful I get the jamva app and each time you visit scan the qr code or give then your number and for every 35 banana points you get 3$ off your next jamba. They off a fill complement of juices and smoothies here. Along with a bevy of great customer service. Both of which are a great way to start your day. When I get away from JJ for a while, and then go back I wonder why did I ever leave you for your evil cousin the coffee shop? The bright smells of fresh squeezed juices, which I know is way better for me that that other stuff!! Some of my favs are the peach pleasure, cold buster and just about anything with fresh Oj, or strawberries or bananas. It may take a few more minutes, and there are no drive through options (it's ok the steps are good for you), but this is a better option and you're gonna feel better. Or I know I do. I was craving an acai bowl and heard that Jamba Juice has a few. About $7+ which is pricier than the main land. So I decided on kona coffee and a breakfast croissant. I ordered the turkey sausage wrap with egg. I really liked the wrap part it wasn't heavy or filling,it was crispy and light. For the coffee they offer soy and almond milk so it's nice they have the option. For lactose intolerant like me lol!Both coffee and wrap totaled about $5 and some change. Even though I shared the wrap it was still filling. The staff seemed friendly two young guys working there. Also the music was relaxing, while we enjoyed our breakfast. The condiments for coffee were readily available. There were a couple of tables inside and also outside of the store. read more

This specific Jamba juice needs a lot of work. it smells awful (like a bathroom) and is extremely dirty. i felt a little gross eating food from here tbh. Got an açaí bowl with tapioca pearls (that I've got 20+ times) the girl at the register (only one wearing a mask) says they can't put boba in the bowls.... i tell her ive got it many times. she gives me a look with lots of attitude and proceeds to type it in. I also got 2 Belgium waffles. I tell her thank you and tip her $5, no response. when ready She puts our food on the counter, doesn't say anything. i tell her thank you again and am ignored. i'll take the tip back lol. our waffles are barely warm and taste a little strange. not a fan of this location mainly because of the awful smell and dirtiness. all the employees could use some customer service skills:) read more

What I ordered was a chunky strawberry bowl with blueberries added on top. It comes with a strawberry banana base smoothie and topped with strawberries and bananas and granola usually. What I got here is blueberry added to the base and coconut added on top and it doesn't even come with coconut and I also don't like coconut but it took forever to get in the first place so I didn't want to wait any longer for them to Correct it. While the A rung me up, her co workers Mia and Tyler didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and the store was a mess as well. Three minutes pass by and they finally started making orders but instead of grabbing the clean dry blenders, thru grabbed the just sanitized still wet blenders to make the smoothies. I want to assume that's probably not okay to consume sanitizer water and it's probably in it because the blankets were soaking wet in it. I don't think it's necessarily the workers faults but more so management because this the third time in a row this has happened to me now at this location. read more

*AVOID AVOID AVOID* I have been coming here since 2002. The last few times I've been here it's been a bit off. Maybe new management? Anyhow, this morning I came into get my usual...strawberry smoothies and a breakfast sandwich. It's was dirty and they had 3 employees working. The floors were filthy too. I ordered and watched 3 people come in and order behind me get his and her orders before mine. I said to the kid working there: Do you have my order? My name is ____! He quickly pulled a sandwich out of a wrapper and put it in the oven. A few minutes later I receive my order (20 minutes later) I get to my car and take a bite and the sandwich h was frozen. I couldn't believe it. I go back in and tell the kid that I would like my money back. (Please note while the kid goes to the back room I'm watching the heavy set employee with bad tattoos handling food without gloves and wiping his hands on his jeans) #NASTY The manager comes and gives me my money back and apologizes. I get back to my car and toss the smoothie. Not going to drink out of this thing after witnessing the guy use bare hands with the food. I will never ever come to this place again. No one seem to care that orders were taken but not delivered at the counter. Once again...I went out on a limb and ordered my usual Jamba Powerboost with Immunity in the Power size and for the FREE one, we got a Strawberry Sunrise with Immunity. They knew they were maskless, but only looked at them rather than asking them to put a mask on. I feel it is their responsibility to make sure all patrons are following country rules. read more

I patronize this one in Kihea, as well as the one on Dairy Rd. in Kahalui. They are all basically the same. They are known for their yogurt smoothies, but I come here for the fresh-squeezed juices. Unfortunately, you are limited to carrot and/or orange juice. No green veggie juices are available, although they do have wheatgrass shots. Pros: When it gets hot in Maui you get really thirsty--it's nice to have an ice cold smoothie to cool you down. My favorite flavor is Orange Berry Blitz. I maintain to this day that you need some serious citrus/orange to make any good smoothie. Cons: Even the small size is still too big by an nutritionists standards. The ingredients could also be fresher. Fun: If you injure yourself in Maui, you can get same-day treatment (even on weekends) at the Kihei medical center next door, then treat yourself to some Jamba Juice after! read more

I waited almost over 10mins for my Medium Banaberry (an easy and simple smoothie) bc one guy was on register while the manager was making all the smoothies!
