In addition to a larger menu, kitchen crew and wait staff have increased, as well. Except for Chef/owner Chris and restaurant manager Nikki, I didn't meet any of the kitchen team. All other staff, including our server, Soula, were courteous, friendly, and appeared happy in their work.
