I have found them to be a very honest shop and the work they have done on my vehicles has been excellent. While I try to plan ahead and make an appointment - it is a very busy shop, I have also rolled in right before a road trip to do some maintenance, and had trucks towed to them that needed significant work. I've had frame repair done, also a great job. Customer service here is really good, and these folks have taken care of me in a pinch and worked things out every time, so I am a long term customer for sure. My husband had his heart set on a specific car that this dealer had. We drove 2 1/2 hours each way on numerous occasions to make sure this was the car AND that the deal would be good for all parties. They promised to handle my husband's payoff of his lease AND his mileage extras. Well, here we are months later AND surprisingly the sneaky business is saying that wasn't discussed.
