Went in with the car at 12:30 for a 1 ap. for an oil change and tire rotation. Car finished at 2:58…read more, was told tech spilt oil on the motor and cleaned it off so it took longer. OK No worries. Start to drive home and the steering wheel starts shaking as I drive further and starts pulling to the right and then makes nose. Cell service is spotty but get ahold of Nissian. I was told if possible turn around and bring it back in maybe the alignment was off in one of the tires (sales department, then transfered to service. Service departmwnt: I was told take it to the nearest garage bc the lug nuts need to be checked.I do not live in Oneonta or even close. Thank God there was an Auto body shop that does repairs not too far from where I pulled over. I go there... Two front tires are so loose they are ready to come off back tires loose to upon inspection. The tires were not toriuqed.Call Nissan again call us when u get home. Call... Refund given, supposedly tech let go. I will be following up. It is not about the money it's about doing your job correctly and thank God my children and I did not get in an accident or cause one. So now the question is did it damage the lugs and the holes ,etc. I will not be going to them to have it checked out to make sure it is safe or nothing was damaged from it being driven with loose lugs. Be aware ,check your lugs before leaving to make sure properly tightened. So needless to say the amount of time the car was in there and you couldn't even torque the lugs.

I would rate lower if I could. Myself and my family have bought or leased nearly 10 cars from this…read moredealership and each year the place has gotten worse any worse from services, to sales and everything else in between. I sent my car in to be have an oil change and car inspection. I was then called and tried to be forced to turn in my lease and get a new lease even after repeatedly saying I was not interested. A few hours later I get a call from service that my car has problems with the brakes and tires and they wouldn't pass the inspection unless I got new of all of them and would not give me my car back and did not quote me for these expenses. They said I could save the trouble by changing my lease to a new vehicle. I again refused and they started the repairs. During the repairs the broke the caliber of my back right tire. This forced me to be carless for the rest of the day and all of the next day. They preceded to charge me for two days of maintenance even though the second day was solely from their own errors. I received a call at 1:57pm that my car was fixed. I called at 3:19pm to confirm and when it was confirmed I got a ride to the dealership and arrived at 3:40pm to find out the paperwork was not completed and I ended up waiting around for almost 45 minutes before finally receiving two bills for everything that occurred. I am someone who is very loyal to companies and very rarely change from where I buy things cars included but I will never be renting or buying a car from any Country Club every again and neither will my parents or brother who are and have been loyal customers for many years. This is not how you run a business and treat any customers but especially not people who have been valued customers of your business for a decade.

That's why we just picked up our 11th vehicle today. Austin in sales is great. A real personable guy. Service team has always been a hoot when we go in for routine maintenance. So I gotta give a 5 star because we've always got what we wanted and the prices have been good.

I also told them I did not want to do a credit application because I didn't even see the car yet! What sense does it make to submit a credit application for a car you haven't seen or test driven yet? I never gave them the okay or permission to do a credit report. I was told by the salesman that they would not do this. Please see my screenshots. You will have to zoom in for the screenshot from the assistant sales manager, Stephen Martin. His excuse for the dealership running my credit without my permission was that "as soon as someone gives us a deposit and a credit app we submit the information to the banks to get an approval" The thing is I NEVER submitted a credit application. This dealership requested certain information from me in order to move forward with a DEPOSIT then used that same information to do a credit application without my permission or knowledge! They didn't even help me with removing the unauthorized hard inquiries from my credit report. It is 9 months later and I'm still trying to remove 3+ banks from my credit reports. Needless to say, I ended up getting a brand new RAV4 with a higher trim at a more responsible and respectful dealership 5 days later and requested my deposit back. To submit a credit application without my permission or knowledge was a shady, greedy, and unprofessional thing to do and I would not want to do business with a dealership like this. The assistant sales manager didn't even offer an apology.
