Within a very short time I realized how super intelligent and confident Elise was, we looked at several of your used Subaru vehicles and drove a couple before we left and within 24 hours we were back to drive a 1922 green Forester and of course the end of the story is Elise knew what we could afford and how unhappy we were with the 2022 Nissan we wanted to trade in. After test driving the Forester we immediately signed paperwork and this story has a happy ending. we took it for a long drive and couldn't be happier. The owner also demanded to know what I did for a living and when I told him it was none of his buisness he also called me rude. I sent my car in to be have an oil change and car inspection. I was then called and tried to be forced to turn in my lease and get a new lease even after repeatedly saying I was not interested. A few hours later I get a call from service that my car has problems with the brakes and tires and they wouldn't pass the inspection unless I got new of all of them and would not give me my car back and did not quote me for these expenses. They said I could save the trouble by changing my lease to a new vehicle. I again refused and they started the repairs. During the repairs the broke the caliber of my back right tire. This forced me to be carless for the rest of the day and all of the next day. They preceded to charge me for two days of maintenance even though the second day was solely from their own errors. I received a call at 1:57pm that my car was fixed. I called at 3:19pm to confirm and when it was confirmed I got a ride to the dealership and arrived at 3:40pm to find out the paperwork was not completed and I ended up waiting around for almost 45 minutes before finally receiving two bills for everything that occurred. I am someone who is very loyal to companies and very rarely change from where I buy things cars included but I will never be renting or buying a car from any Country Club every again and neither will my parents or brother who are and have been loyal customers for many years. This is not how you run a business and treat any customers but especially not people who have been valued customers of your business for a decade.

She went in to get the work done as they promised and all they did was charge her $100 for an oil change! When I called to ask them why they didn't fix her car they said she only scheduled a 'service'. That's not what she said however. She said she talked to them extensively on what needed to be done to fix her car and make sure it was in good working condition for her trip. They made up excuse after excuse on why they didn't complete the task like 'our system doesn't show the repairs that are needed.' It was on the invoice they gave us. They even said it was in their files! LOOK IN THE DAMN FILES THEN??!? The man on the phone was very interruptive and wouldn't give me a fair chance to speak so it became an argument. 'All you want to do is argue.' No, dude... I want my mother's car fixed. Like they said they'd do. Hopefully we can get the car looked at somewhere else before our trip but most likely not. We scheduled this maintenance well in advance for them to complete the task and it seems they don't actually fix cars there. They have no right to claim they are mechanics.
