DONT GET SERVICE DONE HERE!!!!!! I bought a 2011 Subaru Legacy last summer and felt okay about what I paid for it and they gave me an extended warranty as well. I was under the impression the warranty would cover small things like batteries and an alignment but no, they swindle you into believing all will be okay and your car will always be taken care of no matter what, WRONG! My battery died within the warranty period and they told me they wanted $153 for it and that it wasn't covered. I also went there with a squeeking sound underneath in the front and they told me everything was fine that my brakes were good...well I'm no mechanic but, if the sound is so loud I have to roll my windows up while driving, it's safe to say something is wrong, maybe the brakes were okay but, something was wrong. After they told me they wanted that outrageous amount for a battery, I went back to pick up my car and told them not to touch anything. They left my keys on the counter inside and my car out by the side of the road and they knew my battery was shot so I had to literally jump my own car ( I had a portable jumper in the back seat thank god) in order to leave. I also had to go get my own keys after I asked and waited ten minutes for them. The man behind the counter was about as condescending as you can get because I'm a female and I must not know anything about cars right? And the mechanics, if you wanna call them that, are about as dumb as a box of rocks. Worst experience ever, can't belI've they even function because I work in customer service and if I treated someone the way they treated me, I wouldn't be in business anymore...I went down the street to Walmart where they were friendly, fast and only wanted $80 for the same battery, absolute criminals these guys... read more
