This place is the reason there are stereotypes about car salesmen. Before we even put the car in…read morepark there was someone standing at the window ready to begin plugging how good of a deal he could get us. Right away we were bombarded with questions and it was relentless. You could tell he was on commission. After an uncomfortable amount of time listening to him talk we were directed to the financing guy who seemed even shadier. He was very cocky about how he could get everyone approved for a loan. We came looking for a specific SUV that was well in our budget but he kept giving the finance companies info on a totally different car that we absolutely didn't want but was of course about $4000 more. Needless to say we were not approved and then just cut loose without so much as a thank you for coming. The service department is just as bad. I had an appointment for an oil change but my car didn't go in until an hour and a half later. Why bother having appointments? After my appointment I opened the hood to put washer fluid in since they couldn't bother to top off fluids and I noticed my oil cap was missing. I went back and spoke with the service manager who confronted the mechanic. The mechanic argued that he put the cap on and got visibly annoyed with me. The service manager was nice enough to get me a new oil cap and came out with me to put it on. We discovered the old one lodged in the hood liner above the dent in my PCM it made from him shutting the hood on it. Aside from that one service manager, nobody in that place knows how to listen. I will never set foot on that lot again.

Let's start by saying.i liked feduke/Williams ford until recently...I bought my last 3 vehicles…read morefrom them..as recently as 4 months ago....I went to trade in the second car I bought at Volkswagen dealer right next door and that's where I became furious...when they were figuring out trade In value for my 2017 vw jetta with less than 89000 miles and with another year of warranty left on it..the salesman said carfax said it had 2 owners ago minor structural damage so they weren't gonna give me more than 2500 dollars..I specifically asked about car fax to fedukes salesman and if it was in any accidents.i was told NO..of course I ran next door to williams pissed off..all the same managers that were there when it was feduke...well manager said we will make things right.just have to find you a car on price range because of negative equity..well a few weeks later I saw a car and went there because noone contacted me..started application process and even these people tried giving me 2500 for trade in even after knowing they screwed me..had him double that and lower price of car to make it work...he comes back saying he couldn't get it approved...I find out it's because these jokers only put my app through to visions and one other bank they partner with who are very hard to get approved through..I go back and ask for purchase order so I can take it to a bank.and what they gave me was the original offer and price...so the weekend comes and I call salesman back on Monday to see if he can make that purchase order again ...he tells me they throw away paperwork after a day..this is even knowing I'm trying to get my own financing.... so I have been to 3 other dealerships since and same thing,noone wants to take my car.....because of fedukes/williams sales tactics....they straight lied to me and screwed me....even though I bought 3 cars from them,I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM. THEY ALL HAD TO KNOW ABOUT THAT CARFAX BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR.THEY WERE PUTTING A NEW BUMPER COVER ON..THATS WHAT MADE ME ASK ABOUT ANY ACCIDENTS...SHAME ON ALL OF YOU AT WILLIAMS....
