They keep giving him the run around Saying they fixed it and when he goes to pick it up, the same light is still on and gives him a warning his truck will shutdown in 5 minutes. For the last week they called every day saying a part would be in "tomorrow". Funny story we just need to laugh at....They gave my dad a loaner car over 3 weeks ago and posted on FB 9/13 that the car they loaned him was stolen!!! It took them almost 3 weeks to realize the car wasn't there. Someone in the office didn't do their job. After FOUR days (not including the weekend), I return and they complain that the gas tank wasn't full. They also wrote a lot of things they said were wrong with my car. Some of it is true, which I'll take care of. Others, no way. They said I have lights out and my steering wheel acts strange, which I haven't seen at all. I had to cancel appointments with other mechanics because of Rapp Subaru's promises they failed to keep. I'm running on a tight schedule, so it matters if I have to cancel other appointments to fix up my car. I will never do business here again.

I don't normally write reviews online. In fact, I believe that this is my first. However, the…read moreservice I received from this business was more than satisfactory, and felt inclined to share. Over Easter weekend, in fact during the early morning hours of, I was on a trip with a friend and everything underneath my car's hood sounded like it was grinding itself into pieces. I was able to pull over on the side of the road and called this 24 hour towing service. The driver, whom I believe his name to be Brian, arrived shortly thereafter and assisted myself and my friend. He towed the car, which was a few miles outside of a town I learned to be Greene, as I was not familiar with the area at all. He gave us a ride along with my vehicle to the garage, and did his best to help us. He called us a cab from Binghampton to pick us up at 2am to bring us to the closest hotel. He even brought us to a 24 hour gas station to wait for the cab, which we were grateful for since it was freezing, and we didnt know where we were. He was very kind helpful, and professional. Then, by Monday, the mechanics were able to look at my vehicle, diagnose the damage, give me an estimate on repairs, and order the parts needed by early that afternoon. The vehicle was repaired and they kept in regular contact with me throughout. They called me Wednesday mornign and told me the vehicle was repaired and ready for when I could pick it up, which unfortunately, since I was back home two hours away at this point, I had to wait until Thursday to do when I could get a ride after work. So I made arrangements to come later Thursday, but could only make it there after business hours. They agreed to leave my key in a concealed place so that I could come at my earliest convenience even if they were closed. By the time I got there Thursday evening, my car was pulled up and ready to drive out. I was also pleased to see they had taken the time to wash it, and while that was a small and unneccessary thing, it made me happy to see the care put into the work they do here. When I turned my key, you would never had known that just days before it had sounded like a metal concert under my hood. Everthing from the helpful towtruck driver, to the speedy repair, being kept updated, friendly employees, and yes, even the clean car, was so outstanding, when I had been working 80 hours per week for the last month at the two jobs I have, and the last thing I needed in my life was a lack of transportation. Tri County Collision helped turn an awful car experience into some faith that there are businesses out there that care about their customers and working two customer service jobs myself, I know that positive feedback should be given when it's due. To end this long review I just want to say thank you so much for being amazing at what you do and I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

They want to charge over $400. the storage is triple what is allowed by law in all major cities in New York state, including NYC. NYC has a max storage of $25/day. They charge $60/day. They lied about how they price their towing. They try to keep your plates if you dont pay. This is ILLEGAL and, as they say, "we have always done this." Well now the county sherriff is involved in recovering our plates.
