They installed the brakes in my car incorrectly, which of course is exceedingly unsafe. They should have simply admitted that they did not know how to work on my car. The incorrect installment also ruined the brake wear sensor. Total cost to fix was $600. While I try to plan ahead and make an appointment - it is a very busy shop, I have also rolled in right before a road trip to do some maintenance, and had trucks towed to them that needed significant work. Customer service here is really good, and these folks have taken care of me in a pinch and worked things out every time, so I am a long term customer for sure.
