It took up almost until half an hour before my requested appointment slot for it to actually be booked/confirmed. After all the trouble of getting an appointment booked, you can't really tell my lashes were lifted. They are predominantly straight, slightly curling in random areas after the lift. Comparing the photos I took after my appointment in 2019 to what I received today, I will not be returning.

I actually went home and removed them as soon as possible. When I asked the front to look at my nails, they told me they were bumpy because of the design. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I never had a nail tech create such a thick and bumpy build up of polish due to a design. I asked her if she could stay late or come in a little early as this cancellation was not told to me. I was willing to be flexible, but needed her to be also. I asked her multiple times to give me a day that worked best for her. She never did. Said I needed to go book time on her website and that it wasn't her fault that they had been cancelled. I assumed she would be a smart enough business woman, to understand if she made a mistake to own it and be willing to fit for a long time customer. She wasn't. Her responses were rude and unprofessional. Saying "What can't you believe? That I'm not being over backwards to rip out your crotch hair out when there is a million other places you can go because my schedule doesn't work with yours?...you are being such a princess. I don't need this stupidity in my life." Mind you, she picked a profession that "rips out crotch hair" and I guess I was "being a princess" because she wouldn't help figure out a time that worked for both of us, after cancelling TWO appointments in the last week. Needless to say, I will never be going back and you shouldn't either. If you would like to actually have your appointments kept and someone professional, do not go here. Update: After posting this review Jessica again decided to text me about how I am "a piece shit" and that she "called the police and contacted her lawyer". Because of a shirt I was wearing, I was mocked in another language by people who clearly assumed I wouldn't understand them. That was their first mistake. For the record, I do understand multiple languages, and I knew exactly what was said. Making comments like that about a paying customer is unprofessional and pathetic. What made it worse was the reaction after I acknowledged it: no apology, no accountability, just silence and avoiding eye contact. That says everything. If I ran a business and my employees spoke about customers like that, they wouldn't be employed for long. It's that simple. I've paid good money here, always been respectful, and expected the same in return. Instead, I got cowardly behavior and disrespect. Because of that, I won't be back. Here's some advice: if you're going to talk about customers behind their backs, don't assume they're ignorant. And better yet, don't do it at all. Respect goes both ways. You failed at that.
