Yet at that, they are completely engaging, share stories as they work, remember you next time, and ask how things worked out last time. This is Ty ! I stopped by as a walk-in one day, just because her studio was close by and it was inviting, well decorated and clean. It just looked interesting, so I stopped, thinking I could just get in line behind the next person. Well, okay, I had to make an appointment, not a problem. Ty asked me all the right questions, then cut my hair exactly like I wanted it. No issues, just perfect. My wife was so impressed she went to Ty and enjoyed the same result...a perfect cut. So now we're both hooked. Ty is the real deal, worth both the time and the money spent. - Scott

I had to cancel an appointment due to a sick child at 23 hours plus some minutes. So very close to 24 hours. I understand the loss of a service but not even a " hey, is everything okay" "I want to give you the benefit of the doubt" & maybe charge half price. Now I will not return I even waited a day to think about if I should leave a review. I have been flexible for her over the 1 1/2 years but I was not treated the same. My hair services were average btw not suburb or anything so pretty easy to find another hairdresser. Sad I had to write this.
