Chris Hardy, who was my main point of contact, and he failed to return multiple calls despite repeated attempts to reach him. The moving crew itself was sloppy and lacked attention to detail. The contracted movers on the delivery side did not demonstrate the level of care or professionalism I expected, which added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Unfortunately, Flavio the crew lead also failed to provide effective leadership. There appeared to be little coordination, oversight, or accountability during the move. Rather than proactively addressing issues and keeping the team organized, the lead seemed disengaged and ineffective. Flavio was also directly involved with disassembly and reassembly of my bed. After only a few days sleeping in the bed I realized it was coming apart! I contacted both Flavio and Chris and neither responded. Unfortunately, I tipped all of the movers including the lead, prior to by bed falling apart and seeing scratches. Between the poor communication, unreturned calls from Chris, the sloppy work by the contracted movers, and the lack of leadership on-site, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving service.
