Per the posting: Limited Warranty: 12 Month/12,000 Mile (whichever comes first) from certified purchase date. Apparently that warranty did not make it to closing docs, but I have the posting with the warranty. I had new tires installed when I bought it and immediately had a problem with left front losing air, they fixed the valve in August to resolve that. I drove the truck home to Dublin, OH in mid August and truck shook/shuddered most of the way home. I assumed it was just the tire and took to another GMC dealer in Dublin and they said tires weren't installed correctly and aligned it. I then drove it to North Carolina and the shudder was there still (usually between 40-70mph). I got to North Carolina and took to another GMC dealer. So 4 months later and barely 1000 miles on it. They did the transmission flush and didn't fix. So it needs a new transmission ($9,200). I called Caleb in service and sent an email to sales manager (Jared). Caleb responded and said he was checking with salesman (Don who I really like) and I haven't heard back since but did say only standard warranty they have is 3 month and 3k miles (so I was past 3 months). Jared never responded. I have been in contact with GMC corporate who has assisted with price with GMC dealership in NC and has contacted Ganley. Next step is likely an attorney, even though I was hoping to just get a fair deal. But beware I was too trusting at closing based upon what was advertised.

Using prior owners account to access navigation system when demonstrating use. Have asked for resolution from company. Offered to cover 1 year of subscription. Will keep car much longer than 1year. Cost of adding navigation system is between $5,000-6,000. Have opened complaint through Toyota customer service. Have called for follow up approximately 6 times and told I will receive call back from manager, and manager has never returned call. I called dealership myself and asked to talk with manager who was not available, and was told he (Matt) will call me back and he has not. Sold by giving false information from dealership.

But after I had the car for a few days I started to realize that I only bought a used car that the dealer really didn't care about. First off, the front brakes are way lower than I first anticipated but ok they had replaced the rear. The windows were streaky and dirty. There is a rattle in the driver's door, but the straw that broke the camel's back was there was no rear wiper installed on the car even though they had installed new wipers in the front, of course they streak as well. I know I bought a pre-owned vehicle and to expect some minor stuff but at the price of cars today my expectations were too high. Shame on me for buying from this store I should have known better from past experience with other stores. If you look at any pre-owned here be sure to use a FINE-TOOTH COMB or take a second set of eyes to see what you may miss.
