On Wednesday, January 20th of 2015, I received a form showing a "Winning Number" with several scratch off sections showing a number, aligned with a prize. The text reads "SCRATCH AND MATCH TO WIN" implying that if you scratch and match, that you win the aligned prized. This is the second one received in the past two years, and the decision was made to collect what we had "won." On Saturday, January 23rd, I went to the facility. The individual who assisted us informed us that although the prize was aligned with the scratch off, we did not win that. We would have to fill out their paperwork and she would check "what our actual prize" would be. After giving them all of my personal information, and their manager reviewing my paperwork, I was informed that I had won a $5 gift card. They wasted 35 minutes of my time through manipulation in order for me to enter, give them my personal information explicitly noted it will be used for future advertising, and attempt to sell me a vehicle. What bothered me more so, was the sales persons lack of listening. I would literally say something, and a sentence later she would ask a question that I had just answered. For example, I said "my next vehicle will be an Aston Marton DB9- although they are really expensive new, a nice previously owned model is only in the mid 40s." She then asked "what do you think your next vehicle will be?" I answered, and she said "'aren't those, like, super expensive?" Yes. She had zero interest whatsoever in anything I had to say. Avoid at all costs. read more
