So after a quick little search I came across Monro and I'm glad I did because coming here I could tell that the guys working here really did care and want to help as much as they could! Well so it came my tire was damaged so much so that I had to buy a new one but hey it happens sometimes so in just a little wile they took care of me and totally got me back on my way! When I noticed it as soon as I got home and went to open garage door for house, I backed right up and took it back. Tony was VERY RUDE!!!! He made it seem like it was already like that when I took it there. Excuse me????? I demanded that it be cleaned and look like it did when I dropped it off! About 20-25 minutes later it was clean. Too bad corporate doesn't allow me to post these pictures in my review! I love how the company takes down bad reviews on Google. Miraculously, they have 4.3 stars on there. Then proceeded to lie and say it only tested to 0 degrees. Wanted $156 to flush. I smelled the BS a mile away and had them fix the tire and ran. Tool the car to smiths and they called to say that there's nothing wrong, tests to -40, and the coolant is blue because Honda uses blue coolant. No charge. They easily could have flushed it as I had asked but they went above and beyond and actually consulted instead of scammed/deceive like the big outfits do.
