The staff now consists of two techs and the manager. You could wait up to 7 hours for a simple oil change but, surprise, you can't wait there. With no staff to watch the front they are no longer allowing customers to sit and wait for their vehicles. I had to walk home, at 70 years old, with bad joints and hearing aids, in a dangerous heat index and pouring rain, because I couldn't wait. I called corporate and their response was, gee, thats really terrible, we can send you a $35 store credit for your next visit. You just tortured me and you want me to come back? NOT going to happen. Unless Monro saves itself, don't patronize because YOU will bear the brunt of the cuts. Quality and service are now gone.

Located on Liberty Avenue, Liberty Auto Wash is a 24/7 self-serve car wash that also has an attendant-led automated cloth wash. This car wash is HUGE, and you can really stop here any time to get what you need done. I pulled right in, looped around the building and selected a mid-level wash at $13. The high school aged guys working were upbeat and helpful, even on a super hot day. I was super pleased with the wash and the guys worked quite hard on drying the spots by hand that the dryer missed. They were so happy when I tipped them. It was very hot out and it was the least I could do. I think it's really amazing that they offer different promotions for veterans and military. It says a lot about their character! It was an efficient, effective wash and I would absolutely stop here again for my clean car needs. Really pleased with the experience of the attendant-led car wash!

Also did not give me my parking ticket I had to pay and texted me on Facebook messenger 2 days later about how they had my parking ticket; the police said it should have been in my car. I haven't actually had work done on my vehicle by this shop as I'm not local, but I can attest to…read morethe quality and integrity of the people that operate it! While en route to Cedar Point from Columbus with an SUV full of kids, I started to experience car trouble. My daughter googled auto repair shops near us as the handling of my SUV began to decline rapidly and I slowed down and drove with my hazards on. By the grace of God, we were only 5 minutes from Tom's Auto Repair! As I pulled into their parking lot, Daniel came out from the garage right away to make sure we were okay as he noticed the flashers on. I explained to him what I was experiencing and after emptying my vehicle of restless kids, the team had it up on a lift in no time and quickly diagnosed the issue(s). They said I was lucky that I stopped, as with the state of my wheel bearing and front bushing, we might not have even made it the next 30 minutes to the park. Daniel didn't have the specific part I needed, but called around to other local shops to see if anyone had it on hand. With none found nearby, he and Alexis helped me problem solve from that point on. I called AAA to tow my SUV to a repair shop back home, and Daniel was already on the phone with local taxi services to to help us a way to Cedar Point, without me even asking. Alexis then called Fleet One for a rental and a Ford Explorer was delivered to the auto shop in less than 15 minutes! The tow truck came quickly as well, and Daniel provided a written analysis of the issue and parts needed to pass along to my local shop. What's even more impressive, is that he refused to collect a dime for his and his team's time, diagnosis, and help. They even cleaned up a wound and provided a bandaid for one of my son's friends who was with us! I was in tears by the time I left, grateful for the good people that God placed us close to at a time of need. I highly recommend Tom's Auto Repair to anyone in the Norwalk area and will always be a fan! Thanks again for saving my son's 13th birthday and keeping us safe, Daniel & team. You guys went above and beyond for nothing in return, and with that kind of integrity and character, I would absolutely trust you with the care of my or my loved ones vehicles in heartbeat.
