I'm a traveling Nurse my car is my life line. When I broke down 80 miles from home I was worried beyond words. I prayed did a Google Search and found A&M Auto Care. Alex got me in quick and had my car running that day and it's been running every sense. Although, I live 80 miles from A&M they have my dedication as a customer forever, I don't care how far I have to tow a car for great service. I drive a BMW most mechanics shy away or don't have the equipment to service it not A&M they get the job done right everytime. I also have a beat up old van that I love Alex always knows the best way to keep it running cost effectively, safely and back on the road quickly. These guys are excellent !! Great service and reasonable pricing! I called to have a "squeaking" in my wheel checked out. I needed brakes and rotors. They showed me where my brakes had worn down and the grooves in my rotors. They ordered parts and completed the work in about an hour! Great service. I will be returning there for all of my car needs! read more

Mike and the staff at A & M Auto Care are top notch. He was able to get all 3 of my cars in and fixed in a little over a week. Did everything from brake work, to oil changes, to tie rod replacement, to battery cable fix, to wheel bearing fix and gasket replacement and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Didn't try to pressure us into fixing other things and was honest and upfront with us from the get go. The prices are great and didn't gouge us like some of the bigger names stores. My car started to make some noise so I looked on the web has I been burn by big companies that just want profit and didn`t care at all about the customer. So I read the reviews for A&M and though I give them a try. Wow, Mike, the owner is easy and friendly to talk too and I didn`t feel any high selling pressure from Mike at all. He found the problems and fixed them at the price he quoted me on and wow I was so happy to pay what he wanted. I will be going back to Mike and I will tell my friends and family. Saved Big Money! Had my car at Tuffy and was told I needed new Rack & Pinion and all new hoses $1200 estimate ! Took to A&M they fixed it quick repaired power steering & front brakes barley over $200 ! got it done quick and saved a ton ! Only needed the return hose on power steering ! Place is not as nice looking as Tuffy ! But who cares ? They acted like I was a old friend , trying to save me money! read more

Wow! Great service and helpful people. My car was leaking oil and they offered to look at it and give a diagnosis before giving it an oil change. They answered all my questions and even fixed the rattling that I hadn't even mentioned. They just moved in to this location in October, so are still in process of settling in. Their lobby sitting area looks nice and new, but their computer and desk for payment is a a work in progress, (a few boxes need organized and that little room is still under construction, and the employee's section of floor is torn apart a little) as they are still installing counter space. The service was very quick in and out. I just waited there for them to fix it! They had availability for me to bring my car right in, when I called to ask about their rates. They gave me a great price on my oil change and thankfully I just needed a new filter. No extra parts needed on my car! I would recommend this place to everyone I know. read more

I had repairs performed, and needed to return several times because the repairs were not completed properly. I made payment for these repairs. My vehicle was returned to me with problems. Due to these issues, I was notified that I would be responsible for any additional parts required to fix the problem that was not originally corrected, but not for additional labor costs. I paid for the additional parts. After researching part prices, I found that although I was not charged the labor for the corrections, the part prices were inflated. My vehicle was once again returned to me with problems. After returning several times over a period of weeks, issues are still not fixed. There seems to be no sense of urgency, or desire to make things right on the part of the shop. read more
