I came back up there a couple of months later after going through chemo/ Radiation because the balls joints quite literally were ready to fall off and I was told he knock off $50 because of the earlier incident where they charged me $100 for the misdygnosis for the wheel bearings. My girlfriend went inside after I came out and tried to come to my defense and he stood by his decision that he made the right call to overtighten the wheel bearings instead of replacing the lower and upper ball joints and now he refuses to make the situation right!! I though you had to have integrity, honestly to be successful business owner in Lorain , Ohio? This Shop is located off of 254 in Lorain as well. He complained to the manager to no avail. I dropped him off at the shop, he said he was going to call the EPA. He called and talked to "Dave" at Ohio E-check. He overrode the decision to fail my car.
