When I took the car for another e-check, they failed my car, even though I had spent over $400.00. I went back to Michael's to complain. He got in the car with me and we went to the e-check site. He complained to the manager to no avail. I dropped him off at the shop, he said he was going to call the EPA. He called and talked to "Dave" at Ohio E-check. He overrode the decision to fail my car. Dollars. I came back up there a couple of months later after going through chemo/ Radiation because the balls joints quite literally were ready to fall off and I was told he knock off $50 because of the earlier incident where they charged me $100 for the misdygnosis for the wheel bearings. My girlfriend went inside after I came out and tried to come to my defense and he stood by his decision that he made the right call to overtighten the wheel bearings instead of replacing the lower and upper ball joints and now he refuses to make the situation right!! Took it right back to have them fix it, they did the alignment again. Still steering wheel wasn't straight and they were only adjusting one part of the suspension which is why it wasn't driving straight. I talked to them again and dropped it off, they tried a third time and lo and behold they didn't get the alignment right AGAIN! The report says there was damage to my vehicle preventing adjustment and other issues that are not apparent with my vehicle, I look under the truck where the adjustments are and there isn't even marks on the bolts where they would have even tried to loosen them. Overall I wouldn't come here to get free air in my tires..... I'm a technician and was here purely because my work doesn't have an alignment machine where I can do my truck. What a waste of my time and money
