We had it towed to Prosser's on Monday morning and they immediately looked at it, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part. They had it completed the next morning, as soon as the part came in. Throughout the process, Sharon and Sal at the front desk were so kind and understanding of us, parents whose kids were stranded 11 hours from home. They kept us informed every step of the way, and put our repair at the front of the queue to get our kids home to us. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. He got me all straight with budget friendly tires, and I was thrilled. He even kept them until I could get back that Saturday. Turns out I couldn't get there on Saturday and when I called, he said you can come anytime, will take about 10 minutes and we will get you rolling! Hamad did just that! Parked car for two months and then drove it to NC. Upon inspecting a clunking noise when I slowed over bumps, discovered front caliper had one bolt missing and the second was half loose.
