An appointment was made to fix a leaking brake fluid. The source of the leak was known and…read morecommunicated to the staff. When the vehicle arrived, staff asked "did you make an appointment for this?" Yes, yes we did. It is obvious the staff was not well experienced with the vehicle we brought in and instead of saying it was out of their wheelhouse, they attempted a repair. The issue was NOT repaired. The mechanic replaced a brake line that was not leaking, was not the source of the leak, and had already been replaced recently. When driving home, the brakes failed. When we contacted the shop to let them know the leak was not fixed and that we checked and it is the same exact location of the issue we dropped it off for we were told yes they did repair it. It obviously broke somewhere else and the would look at it again but would not comp us any of the previous WRONG repair or any work toward the new repair. I understand they took time to work on the vehicle, however they didn't repair the problem and then tried to tell us they did! From now on, I will take pictures of the problem before hand so I can prove it was not fixed. We have used this shop in the past with no issue, but this experience was SO bad we will never use them again.

It was about 6:50 PM and everywhere in Wooster was closed, but we noticed that Monro closed at 7, so we figured we would stop and ask if they could help. The older fella behind the counter was super nice, and told us he'd hook us up no problem. They took the tire, patched it up, aired and balanced, even staying about 15 minutes after they closed to make sure we got home safe. I started to worry, as we never discussed price, but when we were given the bill 15 minutes later, it was totally a good deal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I reluctantly rescheduled and had 4 new tires installed. When I drove the vehicle, it had a horrible vibration. I brought it back for rebalancing, they rebalanced (no charge) and it still had a vibration. I then took it to another tire shop and they said all 4 tires were 2.25 to 3 ounces out of balance and they were able to get me back on the road vibration free. I do not recommend tire choice.

When confronted with bad work their response is not to make it right but try to find a way to make it your fault. I spent $3000 here and there are issues with every part of the repair. The transmission work they did is also failing. If you have an issue with their shoddy work their solution is to hang up on you b/c business is good. As long as this man can run off the reputation built by those no longer doing the work he will take your money and leave you out to dry.
