They replaced an outer tie rod on my car which failed in 1700 miles and when i called them to work out a plan his answer was "i doubt that" A 3rd party Mechanic looked at my car and told me to take it back to get my money back. When confronted with bad work their response is not to make it right but try to find a way to make it your fault. I spent $3000 here and there are issues with every part of the repair. The transmission work they did is also failing. If you have an issue with their shoddy work their solution is to hang up on you b/c business is good. As long as this man can run off the reputation built by those no longer doing the work he will take your money and leave you out to dry.

Fast forward not even 24 hours later & the check engine light came on & it has a bad catalytic converter. Called Orion and he offered no solutions, said we bought it "as is" and they could not help. Said we could bring it in and we would have to pay for it to be fixed. THEN had a mechanic look at it, and it had absolutely no oil in it.. at all. Poor service. Poor follow up. I reluctantly rescheduled and had 4 new tires installed. When I drove the vehicle, it had a horrible vibration. I brought it back for rebalancing, they rebalanced (no charge) and it still had a vibration. I then took it to another tire shop and they said all 4 tires were 2.25 to 3 ounces out of balance and they were able to get me back on the road vibration free. I do not recommend tire choice.
