Progressive had gave me a personal check for 2,000 for the inconvenience and repairs to my car....Armentrout himself saw my quote from Progressive and insisted that i gave him $2,000 in cash or he wouldnt give me my car back.... so he fixed my car (parts and labor) for $1200 and POCKETED the rest!
