My wife sent an email to Savannah Ammon on 4/6/26 and to George Frantz on 4/8/26 as a follow up to our purchase of a vehicle we recently purchased from them. From our previous review we are not please with the vehicle we purchased due to oil and transmission fluid under the engine and it is smoking from 1 - 30 min drive. We have a 30 day warranty for 50% off for issues and guess what, today is 4/13/26 and both Savannah and George have not replied at all with our issues/concerns. Avoiding so the 30 days run out is not customer service. If I'm wrong then why not reply to the engine/transmission issues when we just purchased this vehicle and immediately having car issues. read more

I only gave 2 stars because Jacob was so friendly. I will start by saying we have been loyal to Whites Ford for decades. Always recommended them to everyone I talked to. However over the past year they are the last place I would send anyone to. I have taken two vehicles in for repair both times they had the vehicles over a month. The first was to replace a clock spring, they damaged the wiring and I had to replace the entire steering wheel column. The second was on my truck to replace the fuel pump (purchased less than a year ago from Whites) they told me that the truck frame was rusted and it was unsafe to drive. So we took it to Chevrolet of Wooster for a second opinion they ordered parts and said it would be fixed in 4 or 5 days. They also gave me a loaner vehicle until the repairs were made. Whites Ford on 57 is absolutely the worst option for purchasing a vehicle or having repairs done. read more

Everyone has got direct mail "sweepstakes giveaway" before at one point, but not one as well crafted as the scam that Whites Ford did in October of 2018. Through the use of tear off tickets, I allegedly won $1000 through their "super sale" event give away. Upon entering the dealership on Tuesday October 23,2018 I quickly realized that I was scammed along with several other people standing at the door with the same exact winning ticket that I had. The entire event was a well crafted tactic to simply get people in their doors. Myself along with a few others (some of which were elderly and disabled, one can only guess that were on fixed incomes) all were sadly disappointed walking away with $5 cash... yes FIVE DOLLARS as part of an elaborate scam that the dealership paid to put on through a third party sweepstakes company. Myself along with 3 other COLLEGE educated people all read the sweepstakes form several times and we all thought the $1000 winning ticket was legit. What a sad way to live up to the "used car salesman profile." read more

My husband and I have come to the conclusion that this was the best car buying experience ever! Using their website, I found what I was looking for in a car. Communication was excellent as to it's availability (I've had the bait and switch happen before at other dealerships) Don was fantastic in explaining everything about the car and I've never seen my husband more pleased. From Don our sales associate to Corey, Alan and Larry, to Sherri and even Brian who helped finalize the paperwork, all made my dreams come true. As a Texan, I must say the online sales is perfect with great customer service. I am surprised White's Ford on 57 is from Ohio and not Texas. Dave Schneider for sales was on top of every detail and at times ahead of my requests. Jenna did a fantastic job getting the paperwork together. Larry was so accommodating. Management was spot on. Flawless everything. I searched the country for one specific truck, and White's Ford on 57 happen to have it. Friendly, smooth, no issues. The only nice thing I have to say about White's Ford is that Kurt is a nice guy. Too bad being nice doesn't help me or my car any. I had my car towed there when it quit running last month. I was told they would look at my car in the next day or so. "Or so" apparently meant it would take 4 days to even pull my car in to get looked at. And despite me repeatedly saying it was NOT the battery (which had been replaced less than a year ago) they determined it must be the battery and did not look at anything else. Being a stay-at-home-mom of twins, I needed a car back and they assured me replacing the battery would fix my problem so I told them to go ahead. Lo and behold, three days later my car stopped working again, this time leaving me stranded with my 10-month-olds in freezing temperatures. When I called White's to get my car in, I was told it would take "a week or more" before they'd have a chance to look at it. So without any better option, I had my car towed elsewhere. I told this place it was DEFINITELY not the battery and after one peek at the engine (less than 24 hours after it arrived there), they were able to diagnose the very obvious problem that White's Ford missed - a mouse built a very obvious nest and chewed through a couple wires in the engine. When I called White's Ford to ask how they missed this problem, Kurt attempted to make things right with kindness, but sadly couldn't offer me any refund or reimbursement, telling me only that those in charge weren't willing to help. He offered me a free oil change instead - no thanks, I'm not taking my car to White's ever again. read more

This dealership has a large selection of new vehicles. One thing I did not like about his dealership was the setup of the entrance/exit area. It was very narrow. The staff was friendly enough. No pressure. I'd give it a Fourd out of ten read more

Very disappointing experience when looking at a used car. We had found a listing on Carguru.com that we were interested in. After my husband spoke with a salesman, we arranged for a test drive and were assured the car would be fueled up and ready to go when we arrived. However, when we got there the tank was empty and no plate. We waited for the car to be prepped then took our test drive and headed into the dealership to talk numbers. After talking to his manager, our salesman came back with a price $5,000 OVER the price on the Car Gurus' listing. I think our mouths dropped open. My husband then brought up the online price we saw, so the salesman went back to his manager. This salesman's manage tried to feed us a line about Car Gurus making up their own price just to get activity on their site and that the dealership had over $18,200 already invested in that car. Then the manager said he'd have to talk to HIS manager. He came back grumbling about Car Gurus but said his manager said they would have to honor that price. What a bunch of hooey! They aren't going to lose money , especially if the listing was fraudulent. We said we did not like the way this transaction was going and were heading to another dealership. We ended up making a hassle-free, no run around purchase of a certified used car with 10,000 fewer miles, a lot less cosmetic dings and scratches, new tires (the White's car had less than half of their tread left), new front brake pads, as well as $1,000 more in trade-in with an asking price only $300 more than the Car Gurus price for the White's car (comparable model and trim package). We've learned our lesson and will not consider White's Ford for any of our future car needs. read more

Bought a brand new F350 here end of 2013, had it in 6 times for the same problem. They tried go fix it while still under warranty but warranty finally expired and problem still exists. Since the warranty expired I've spent thousands and the problem still isn't fixed! My Mother also brought her van here and they took the sensors out to check them and put them all back in wrong and still had the same problem. R&S Service fixed the van and said Whites did a terrible job. Go to R&S or if it's a warranty fix spend the extra time and go to Wooster for good service at Pallotta Ford. read more
