They replaced an outer tie rod on my car which failed in 1700 miles and when i called them to work out a plan his answer was "i doubt that" A 3rd party Mechanic looked at my car and told me to take it back to get my money back. When confronted with bad work their response is not to make it right but try to find a way to make it your fault. I spent $3000 here and there are issues with every part of the repair. The transmission work they did is also failing. If you have an issue with their shoddy work their solution is to hang up on you b/c business is good. Not quite sure how this scammy, shady dealership has a 4.5-star rating when all they do is scam people. They sold my dad a lemon (a Ford F-150) for $18,000, and he has had NOTHING but issues with this piece of junk. Not even four months of owning this garbage vehicle, and the transmission goes out. I have heard now from others that this dealership knowingly sells vehicles with mechanical problems and now my dad, a VETERAN who is also disabled and on fixed income, has to eat $18,000 and/or get a new transmission that could cost up to $7.5k. Awful business. Buyer beware. Seriously. Go anywhere but this useless place. (PS: They then had the audacity to respond to my Google review and LIE and say that they offered my dad to bring in his truck for a diagnostic test -- which they NEVER did.
