Professional, very quick to get oil changed. Actually saw someone come in that was about to go on a trip and they checked her oil level and clarity and mileage since her last change and proceeded to inform her that she didn't need an oil change at the moment. Honesty and integrity goes a long way. Highly recommend this business for and oil change or a car wash. read more

Not sure how they have a 1 star review. The only reason I keep coming back here is because they are one of the only honest oil change places I've found. They aren't pushy, they aren't rude, they don't tell you need something when you don't. Their prices are reasonable and the service is fast, reliable, no appointment necessary. Very well run business. Highly recommend. read more

I drive between 600-750 miles weekly so oil changes are often and important. I was there on Friday, February 23, 2018 for a routine oil change. Within a few days of driving there was a very noticeable odor coming into the cabin of my car. When I popped the hood, oil was everywhere! The dipstick was NOT in the engine and I found it wedged into a piece of rubber on the underside of the hood! I called to express my great disappointment in their oversight and was told I could bring my car back to have them clean the engine and to get a "good discount" on future service. If your crew cannot put the dipstick back into the engine, you are not worthy of my time, money or risking my engine blowing up! I will never go back there! read more

I googled auto service nearby and called D&A and spoke to Dave who was very pleasant and told me my options. He sent over Sandusky towing who were also fabulous and they were able to jump the car so I can get over to D&A. I think we got to D&A late in the afternoon, maybe 3:30. We drop off the car, and he gives us a loaner at no charge. He calls me at 4:15 to tell me our car needs a new battery and they can get done by 5 which is when they close. The total experience was just amazing.

I love the "top off service!" At any point in between oil changes, I take my car in and they top off my windshield washer fluid and check the oil, tire pressure, lights. The guys are all friendly and courteous. I usually use this service every other week. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my oil changed! read more
