Over the past 70+ days we have felt like the team at Kasper has treated us fairly. As we are reaching about our wits end with corporate Toyota and the 30-90 more days we are anticipating to wait, it only seems fair to appreciate the dealership for our repeated visits, and their continued support in getting this resolved. We have been so anxiety ridden (we aren't ones to just leave tens of thousands of dollars with someone and leave empty handed lol), I haven't even thought to take pictures. Cost of adding navigation system is between $5,000-6,000. Have opened complaint through Toyota customer service. Have called for follow up approximately 6 times and told I will receive call back from manager, and manager has never returned call. Per the posting: Limited Warranty: 12 Month/12,000 Mile (whichever comes first) from certified purchase date. Apparently that warranty did not make it to closing docs, but I have the posting with the warranty. I had new tires installed when I bought it and immediately had a problem with left front losing air, they fixed the valve in August to resolve that. I drove the truck home to Dublin, OH in mid August and truck shook/shuddered most of the way home. I assumed it was just the tire and took to another GMC dealer in Dublin and they said tires weren't installed correctly and aligned it. I then drove it to North Carolina and the shudder was there still (usually between 40-70mph). I got to North Carolina and took to another GMC dealer. So 4 months later and barely 1000 miles on it. They did the transmission flush and didn't fix. So it needs a new transmission ($9,200). I called Caleb in service and sent an email to sales manager (Jared). Caleb responded and said he was checking with salesman (Don who I really like) and I haven't heard back since but did say only standard warranty they have is 3 month and 3k miles (so I was past 3 months). Jared never responded. I have been in contact with GMC corporate who has assisted with price with GMC dealership in NC and has contacted Ganley. Next step is likely an attorney, even though I was hoping to just get a fair deal. But beware I was too trusting at closing based upon what was advertised.

Full disclosure - I think the problem started when he confused me with my sister-in-law, who's name…read moreis also Tiffany LaCourse. She's had some issues with him recently and I don't think he realizes we are two different people. That having been said - my son was in an accident last month (June 7th 2025) and Walt's Towing ended up towing his car. When I picked my son up from the scene, they weren't sure what tow company would take the car, so the sheriff gave me his card with the report number on it and said the tow company would get in touch with me. No one ever called me, and I was completely slammed between work, my boys' baseball schedules, my mom's doctors appointments, and everything else going on. I talked to my insurance company (State Farm) immediately after the accident, filed a claim, and they said they would make sure the car was at a facility that didn't charge storage and if it wasn't - they'd have it moved somewhere that wouldn't charge for storage. I assumed since I never heard anything more from my insurance or the towing company - that there was nothing to worry about. Weeks after the accident - on Friday, June 21 2025 - Walt and his girlfriend showed up at my house at close to 8pm when my husband and I were in Ashland at a baseball tournament and he scared my elderly mom and my 9 year old son. He gave my mom a copy of the police report with a POST IT NOTE attached with a price of $1,398.13 handwritten on it (see attached photo) and said he needs to be paid ASAP and I need to get my car. That is NOT an invoice - let alone itemized. I still to this day have not received an invoice. I called the police on him that night and made a report. I've tried to reach him and so has my cousin Richard (who tows vehicles) numerous times to get the car - so the storage fees would stop - and he hasn't answered or reached back out to either of us. Now this weekend - July 19 2025 - I got served with small claims court papers. He's taking me to court for almost $2400! And he still has my son's car and has still has never returned any calls to this day! I fully intend to file with the BBB, Ohio Secretary of State, ODOT, and any other authority I can to have this remedied.
