My wife purchased a vehicle from here back in June. It wasn't in yet, but we were expected to receive it within a few weeks. Since then, we have found that there is a Toyota recall that is stopping the vehicles from being released to the dealer. Over the past 70+ days we have felt like the team at Kasper has treated us fairly. As we are reaching about our wits end with corporate Toyota and the 30-90 more days we are anticipating to wait, it only seems fair to appreciate the dealership for our repeated visits, and their continued support in getting this resolved. We have been so anxiety ridden (we aren't ones to just leave tens of thousands of dollars with someone and leave empty handed lol), I haven't even thought to take pictures. The dealership is clean, and all of the associates we have encountered have been friendly. Excluding the hiccups with corporate issues, we have had a five star experience so far! read more

If I could give Zero stars I would. Do NOT trust this dealership. We bought a used Mercedes GLK 350 from them. It has been a nightmare. Tires almost went flat driving 3 hours back to Michigan in pouring rain although the tires looked good. Windshield washer solvent container had large hole in it and several other issues. Yes you must expect some maintenance requirements when buying a used vehicle. The one I traded in was in great condition. It sold in one day for FAR more than what they gave me for trade in. Now my engine is severely damaged and we can't afford to fix/replace it. We have given it immaculate care. Do not buy from this dealership! read more

Todd was the person I dealt with. Wasn't very knowledgeable but I'll cut him some slack because the car was a Ford and I'm buying it from a Toyota dealer. Problems started after I made my purchase. Had issues with a sway bar, I addressed it to the dealer and they said my warranty covered it. No big deal, but I've only had the car for 2 days. The mechanic told me they had to order parts. It would take a week. Fast forward 2 weeks later no update. I finally call and get the run around. Long story short it took 3 weeks. I would at least appreciate a phone call for an update. Also the tall woman in the service department needs to get sharp on her customer service skills. I know it's busy, but fake a good attitude at least. I'm my opinion it seemed like once they have your $ they could care less about you and your vehicle. read more

The sales manager has done a superb job of training a very knowledgeable group of sales people that make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone works as a team there and you can tell from the rapport the staff has with one another. One of the best parts of the staff at Kasper is that if they don't know the answer to a question, instead of bs'ing their way through, they actually go and ask someone else for the answer! Horrible service. Took my truck in for service and got it back with a broken mirror. They had to order a new one, put it on my truck and it was a different mirror with a new scratch in my truck. They used touch up paint to fix the scratch and offered to detail my truck. I let them detail the truck and it was the worst detail service I have ever seen. At the same time I got remote start installed on my truck, bad idea on my part... looks like they took a screwdriver to some of the plastic pieces to get them off. read more

We had an extremely poor experience at this dealer the other day. Called three times prior to having the car towed to the dealer for a new key to be programmed. When we arrived, we were told it would take about 2 hours. We went to the nearby stores to kill some time, and when we came back we were advised that they couldn't program a key until the next morning because it requires a master tech. Why weren't we advised this when we called three times or when we dropped the car off? So it was then 6 PM and we were 3 hours away from home. This meant we had to pay for a hotel, necessities for the night, extra meals, a taxi, etc. None of these costs would have been necessary had they told us upfront they couldn't perform the requested service. Shouldn't a service advisor be advising us on what's needed and be informed on who is needed to perform a particular service? Don't tell me you didn't know it required a master tech and that you didn't know both of your master techs were out of town. Also, we were quoted about $100 on the phone for the key because it was a basic key and not a key with the remote on it. Originally, we were told it would be $164 for a key with the remote, until we called again and they informed us they didn't have any in stock. Anyway, fast-forward to the next morning and it takes 40 minutes before we get anyone to answer the phone at this dealer. When we arrive to the dealer, they try charging us the $164 for the basic key. After complaining extensively, they agreed to charge us $109 total. They did not apologize once. Absolutely terrible service was provided by this dealer's service center. On a totally irrelevant side-note, they had a used Fisker Karma on the showroom floor with bird poo on its hood. Clearly they don't care enough to clean their showroom cars nor do they take care of their customers. Stay away from this dealer at all costs. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! We just got back home from a 2 day, 16 hour round trip ride from NJ. We were the sorry victims of a BAIT AND SWITCH..... .....Besides the fact that we travelled over 1,000 miles round trip plus the cost of lodging and meals. We found a vehicle listed by this dealership on eBay. I was skeptical to begin with because the dealership's overall seller's rating on eBay was only 85% but my husband had purchased vehicles online in the past and never had a problem so he convinced me to go. The dealership's listing on eBay was of a 2006 Corvette Convertible with gorgeous pristine photos. It had all the features we were looking for and we agreed on doing a trade. We spoke with Phil from the dealership numerous times before driving down and couldn't wait to get the vehicle. So last night began our road trip to Ohio. We got to the dealership early this afternoon. We met Phil and he drove the vehicle out from the garage for us to inspect it. The first thing I noticed is that this was NOT like the vehicle in the photos. The fog lights were dingy in color and the rotors were all rusted. The car didn't have the gleam that the photos portrayed. My husband then opened the driver side door to check the interior only to find that the inside door panel was hanging off the door. Phil said, don't worry, it's just a clip. I then opened the passenger door and the inside panel of that door was also hanging off. I asked him what the heck is going on here? Phil said, oh yeah, they are just clips. And then told us that maybe the previous owner was older and lifted himself out of the vehicles bearing his weight on the door panels causing them to separate. REALLY????? We also noticed condensation inside the headlight covers proving the seals had leaks. Then my husband starts up the car and sees that the GPS is not working, only to find the the GPS CD is missing. Phil tells us basically to trust him that it works because someone was driving it the other day and it was working and that he'll take off $100 so we can buy a disk on eBay. Does he really think we drove all this way to trust him that a $1,500 replacement GPS unit is working without actually seeing that it works? Throughly disgusted, I told him we cannot take this vehicle and that it was totally misrepresented on their listing and in their photos. He said he was very sorry. When my husband asked to get a refund for the deposit we left, Phil said we can't have it back because it goes to pay for the eBay listing fees. Are you kidding me! We didn't buy it through the eBay listing and there are no fees if you don't sell the item. And if there even were any fees they surely wouldn't equal our deposit. When we kept reiterating how misrepresented the vehicle was, the only response Phil had was, well you know... It is a 9 year old car. I have alerted my credit card company and will also be taking this matter up with the proper authorities!!! read more

I had a great experience buying a car that I wanted - not needed. That was what made this car buying experience an enjoyable one. The major points that I would like make sure that are recognized of this excellent buying experience (if you don't read the whole review): - This was an easy experience to work out with awesome (and extremely friendly) staff both in person and online! They were able to do 50% of the deal via chat. - Was able to work out most of the deal before even stepping on the dealership lot - but the in person experience was great. - Lifetime warranty on most vehicles that covers major breaks. I was happy with my current vehicle, but a couple months ago, I saw the a vehicle that made me say, "If the right deal comes along... I will jump." So I kept a search / eye out for this car. I decided to see what deals/prices I could get on what I was looking for. I reached out to the main dealerships for new models (and used), wanting to work out as much as I could, before coming in. The dealers representatives kept saying, "come in" or "Can't work anything over email/chat"... which was really confusing because they offered e-offers and "deals done before you come in". So I was unable to make it in on many instances due to personal, and medical, circumstances that limits my available nights to just four a week. Many dealers blew me off not thinking I was just "kicking tires", not knowing that I was legitimately trying to make a deal. Needless to say I never moved forward with those dealers. So this car becomes available on Carvana that I was looking for - and in the range I wanted to be in. I worked out a deal and was getting everything set up for when it became available. The car had eight days until it was in their possession, so I was waiting to see what the pictures looked like. I decided to expand my search outside of my local dealers - just in case there was a car on the lot I was looking for. That is when I came across Kasper Toyota in Sandusky, Ohio. They had the vehicle I was looking for with most of the options I was looking for... but they were 1.5 hours from my home. So I messaged them and we got chatting. They were willing to set up an e-price right off the bat - which was nice and easy. Using the chat, I reached the internet sales manager, Matt Maschari, to work out a deal. After chatting for awhile - we were able to work out a price on my trade-in (based on there was no deviations on what I was describing). The trade was greater than my KBB value, but less than the Carvana offer. Matt was able to come up a bit more to get closer to what I was looking for. That being said, Kasper Toyota was throwing in a lifetime warranty on the transmission, transaxle, and engine - if there was ever an issue with that; the big money items. With the warranty, the price of the car, and the trade offer - convinced me to make the 1.5 hour way to the dealership. When I reached the lot, I was handed off to Tyler, a sales representative, with Kasper since Matt was closing down for the day. He was very nice and awesome to chat with. Even though there was a 10 year difference in age, we hit it off from the get go having similar backgrounds. He realized I was very familiar with the vehicle and just let me drive it and get a feel for that model, making sure it was what I wanted. When the drive was over - went back to the office and finished up the deal. We kept chatting while the other agents kept things rolling in the background. Tyler was very personable and recognized I knew a lot about the car and just let me roll with the deal. Get sales representative to work with no pressure. Finalizing the deal was quick and easy. I had my financing and rate pre-approved, and was able to work with Stephen, the business manager, to finale the paperwork. It was a low pressure, well explained, experience. We had all the paperwork and financing done within 15-20 minutes. Great guy to talk to as well. Overall - this car buying experience was awesome. I was able to get a deal on the car I had been wanting, almost the exact amount in trade-in that I wanted, and was able to get the deal done (at the dealership) in under an hour. You can't beat that. Worse dealership I've ever been too!!! Do not go!!! Bought a used Subaru Impreza 2016, which I love. Specifically went to Kasper for that used Subaru Impreza after doing extensive research on a Saturday afternoon. All employees I encountered did not want to be there, lacked enthusiasm and even the basic customer service skills. I had the *not so pleasure of working with an associate named Norm. He had no personality and knew nothing about the used cars I was looking at. Did not go over any of the features or perks of the vehicle. Talking with him was like pulling teeth. Then once I decided to purchase the vehicle he was dishonest about what interest rates he could offer for financing. He kept getting up to leave to "talk with a manager" so many times we asked to speak with the mysterious manager about the financing. First he quoted an interest rate of 4.5% but with continued questioning he went down to 2.9%!! What a difference! Frankly such a scum bag and provided the worst customer service I've ever had. AGAIN don't waste your time at this dealership the worst! read more

Terrible. I bought a used Honda from them in May of this year. My salesman, Jacob was excellent, why he is wasting his time at this dealership is beyond me? I was told when I bought the car, that I would receive my second set of keys in the mail. October 2nd and no keys, I tried contacting the dealership, and Jacob, about these keys. I received my answer yesterday, "The people who traded the Honda never sent the 2nd set of keys back to us, however, if you had bought a Toyota, we would have GIVEN you a second set. As it is, the keys are extremely expensive for the Honda, but we are willing to get you a second set for cost!" SO THERE WASN'T ENOUGH MONEY BUILT INTO THE COST OF THE CAR FOR YOU TO AFFORD TO GET ME A SECOND SET? How sad. I have just stopped my friend from going over to this dealership, she has now gone over to Premier Toyota in Amherst. She can do without Kasper's service department, condescending and rude. NEVER again, what an awful experience. read more

My wife bought a 2008 VW Jetta. Overall it is a very nice car. We paid top dollar for this vehicle. I was out of town working when my wife made this purchase (I know that was my first mistake) I did talk to the sale rep, we discussed the options, purchase price, and interest rate. I did my own research and found the price to be right at excellent condition on my valuation. I told him I wanted the loan term for 4 years and we agreed on an interest rate. He gave the phone back to my wife and I gave her permission to buy it. When I returned home a week later and inspected the veh. At first sight it is a pretty sharp car. Under closer inspection there are quite a few scratches that could have been buffed out before purchase. The two front tires were dry rotted, had bubbles in the side wall and needed to be replaced immediately. I got in the veh and noticed there were no floor mats. Who sells a car without floor mats? the clock was wrong so I start playing with the stereo and decided to look at the owners manual for guidance. When I opened the glove box guess what? No stinking owners manual. Why is their not a owners manual? Anyways I'm moving off that subject since I can buy one online for fairly cheap. The only thing in the glove box was the sales contract. I decided I will give up on the clock and look over this thing. Right of the bat my wife's name was spelled incorrectly, the sales price was about 800 higher than what I was told on the phone, the interest rate was 1.5% higher than what I was told, admin fee, dealership fee, gap insurance ( which was not needed since we put thousands down. I had to leave town again and asked my wife to go back to the dealership have her name corrected, and at minimum have the gap insurance removed. The dealership gave my wife no grief about the changes and even laughed at the typo. When I returned home again I wanted to take it for a spin and asked my wife for the extra key so I could keep it on my key chain. She informed me that it only came with one key. I was not thrilled about this. We have had the car for about a month now and we just had a good snow. When I backed out of the driveway I noticed a small amount of green coolant had been leaking. I'm not sure what this could be but I'm sure it will cost me a few hundred dollars to have checked out and fixed. In general I would have been happy with this veh if the dealership would been a little more upfront about some of the issues and the condition. We paid for a clean/excellent/dealer ready veh and was delivered a fair/private party/ something that should have been on Craigslist condition veh. I will not use use Kasper Toyota for any of my veh needs. I'm not even going to take this veh back for an oil change. I would not recommend using this dealership or letting your wife buy a veh while your out of town. read more

Went there wanting to buy my first new car. They seen the excitement on my face. I had done my online research, so I went in there asking for a specific car. The salesman returns with a key to the car he says is the one I asked for. Took it for a drive and fell in love. But I had no plan on picking the first car I tested. Apparently he noticed how excited I was, because next thing I know, I was signing papers. I put a very nice down payment down and traded in my other car, expecting this to help me. WRONG. Extremely high car payment, high interest, but stupid me signed the papers. I was 22 and a female. They took advantage of me. And to top it off, I asked for an AWD Chevy equinox for 21,500 with 8,000 miles. It was what I found online on their website. Instead, I got a FWD Chevy equinox for 21,500 with 10,000 miles. I noticed the mileage when I tested the car, and the salesman said the website must not have been updated. He knew he gave me the wrong car! But I let them take advantage of me. I DO NOT recommend going here unless you are very strong willed, because they will take advantage of you. read more

If I could rate them with 0 stars, I would. I purchased a used Ford F-150 from them and had a "We Owe" written out for repairs that needed to be completed because the service department was not open when I purchased the vehicle. Over a month later and about 10 times of me having to contact them about the issues, my repairs still have not been completed. I have had to contact them every time, even when they said they would call me back. I live almost 4 hours away and can't make it during the week to have the vehicle repaired. I have spent almost $200 in gas and diagnostics because I had to take it to a different dealership for diagnostics on the "We Owe" issues. Kasper Toyota's tech tried to state that the issue was normal operation and not an issue, but a Ford Dealership stated that it was not normal and needed an $800 repair to fix it. Now I am being told that I would need to bring the vehicle in and leave it with Kasper Toyota during the week to be repaired at a different dealership, and that I would need to either go without a vehicle while it is being repaired or I would have to pay out of my pocket for a rental car. As stated by other reviews, I was also sold the vehicle with only 1 key and told that I could get a second key made at a hardware store. Needless to say, keys are coded with chips in most vehicles made after 2002 and if I wanted a key that could start the truck, and not just unlock the door, I had to have that made at a Ford dealership as well to the tune of almost $100 depending on the dealership. Luckily, I have family that works for a Ford Dealership in Cleveland and I was able to get the key made at close to cost (almost $50) after programming and paying for the key. Never buy anything from these con-artists. They will tell you anything that you want to hear to make the sale, but then give you the run around and not deliver on any of the promises that they made. read more

I went to kasper toyota today to get an estimate to replace the antenna on the roof of my prius. when i entered the service bay the heavy bald gur finally looked up from his engaging reading material to find out if i had an appointment. when i told him what i wanted he said i had to go to parts, and believe it or not he showed me where it was. the parts man had to get the vin so we walked back over to the service bay. while i was there the heavy bald guy said i had to move my car out of the bay. he had a customer with an appointment due. i moved my car out in the cold and snow. went back to parts and got a price on the part. i asked how much to install it, his reply i don't do anything but parts, go see service for that. Back in the service bay it was empty. This is the worst service i have had at any toyota dealership as I have traveled all over the north and south east. i will never darken their door with my service nees. read more

On Aug. 27, 2015 my father, who is 90 (and a Veteran), took his 2007 Toyota RAV4 - which had only 46k miles and was PAID OFF - to Kasper Toyota in Sandusky, Ohio to have work done on recalls. Before he left, he was persuaded into signing a 3-year lease on a stripped-down 2015 RAV4. My father has macular degeneration and does not know if he will be driving in three months let alone three years. Also, my father had arranged for the 2007 vehicle to be "transferred on death" to my sister. The contract states that my father has the right to cancel the contract but Kasper Toyota is refusing to do so. They have since sold his car for about $7,300 more than they gave him for it. My father has told me that: * while in line in the service department, he was approached by someone asking if he was interested in looking at cars. * the salesperson, Susan Missig was very pushy. My father tried to get away from Susan by telling her that he needed to talk to his daughter before making a decision but she persisted in pushing him toward the sale. * Susan immediately had my dad's car taken somewhere "to be appraised" and he felt he was being held captive. * he did NOT leave the dealership and come back to fill out paperwork (as the general manager claims); When he left the dealership, he had already been persuaded to sign a lease and left in the new car. * he went back the next day and expressed his dissatisfaction with the new car and to ask for his 2007 car to be returned to him. Because Susan was off, he spoke to "the stocky guy who had done the paperwork" (Steve Donahue). Steve told him that the 2007 had been sold (although it was still sitting in the lot and listed for sale on line). My father felt that Steve gave him the brush-off. * the 2015 RAV4 does not include all the features that were promised by the sales person. It is a stripped down model. When I first spoke to Troy Maxwell, I told him that I thought my father had been taken advantage of and that he wanted his car back. Troy said that he (Troy) had "committed to having work done on the 2007 RAV4" (not that it had been sold). I asked what "committed to having work done" meant. He responded that some of the work had already been done. (Recall work?) When I continued to insist that I see the video that supposedly shows my father coming back to the dealership to sign papers, Troy reacted in a very hostile manner. He raised his voice at me telling me that he expects me to make an apology to everyone involved at the dealership when I see on the video that my father had left and came back. I said I would not apologize for trying to protect my father. I also told him not to raise his voice at me. When Troy continued to raise his voice and try to talk over me, I told him that I was hanging up. A half hour later Troy called me and proposed that I "put my money where my mouth is". He proposed that I bring $250 to cover the cost of extracting the footage in question from the dealership's security tapes. He said he would also bring $250. He told me that if the video shows my father leaving and coming back, "...you leave $250 lighter but with a shiny new DVD". I don't believe he even addressed what my father was going to get out of it. With regard to the "video evidence", video can easily be edited to reflect whatever "truth" the editor may have reason to tell. Altered or not, the video would not necessarily show clearly anything that would explain why my father was leaving or what car he was driving when he left. Troy went on to explain to me that, "by the way, high-pressure sales are not illegal...". In my opinion, this is what this issue comes down to: A 90-year-old veteran with macular degeneration takes his car (which was paid off and has only 46k miles) to the dealership for repairs. He leaves with a 3-year lease on a new STRIPPED DOWN vehicle. No, he was not tied down and forced to sign. However, the dealership took advantage of him and sold him into something that was clearly in THEIR best interest, not his. This falls under the category of DECEPTIVE AND UNCONSCIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. It seems clear that the ETHICAL and MORAL response would have been for the dealership to rescind the contract, return my fathers car and lose the sale of one vehicle rather than lose far more sales as the result of truthful, widespread, and ongoing negative publicity. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't ever, ever take a vehicle to this dealership's service department - terrible quality of work and they will lie to corporate if you complain - not only did they lie about their quality of work, they fabricated a story that my husband put oil on the outside of the car himself!!!!!!! I have never ever had any issues like this anywhere else. Let me tell you how glad I am that we didn't purchase another vehicle from this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give a negative or lower score, this service center would get it. If i lived closer, I would make it my 2nd job to put them out of business and talk to every person turning in their parking lot. By the way, I'm a professional HR person & am pretty reasonable if treated fairly...you will not be treated fairly at this dealership! In my line of work I thought I had seen and heard it all, but this is truly unbelievable and shocking to say the least. Brought my FJ in with a BAD noise. Toyota mechanics told the service advisor that they couldn't figure out what was wrong and she GUESSED it MIGHT be CV boot or some kind of seal on the front CV shaft. Blamed the noise on the tires!! Insisted that I bring BACK the loaner and pick up my STILL UNFIXED FJ, NOISE and all. Very dissatisfied with the dealership. Very disappointed that this dealership would treat a CERTIFIED vehicle with an extended warranty with such disregard to safety and quality. Can only hope that the FJ stays together until I can get to a better dealership. According to the dealership master mechanic - there is nothing wrong enough to keep me from driving. very poor service department. You are wise to investigate other service garages before taking it to Kaspar. They never fixed our car properly, charged us $300 and then told us it would be another $1000.00 to fix the problem. I feel foolish for even giving them the first $300. Unbelievable experience with Kasper AGAIN! (Didn't want to give them the opportunity to insult me again, because I have a new Toyota (purchased elsewhere), and I wanted to be able to allow them my service business, but not NOW!) I just went to them for assistance with a lease buyout (someone wants to purchase my wife's vehicle, before her lease is up) and the "Salesperson" told me that this couldn't be done unless I was using the vehicle as a "Trade-in" towards another vehicle, blah, blah, blah (Same tactics they always seem to use, to get you to spend your money there.) I don't want to keep "bashing" this dealership so I won't say anything else about the visit. But I will not go back, EVER! BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a car from this dealership about a month ago and have had nothing but problems. I was lied to by the salesperson and the manager about the car I bought. They said that it had gone through service and that the oil was changed and everything was up to par which clearly it wasn't. I had to jump my car the next day and upon doing so I noticed the battery was held in place by a bungee cord!! Really? I also had the oil changed a couple days later after replacing the battery and fixing the brackets which are supposed to hold the battery in place. A week later I took it back to the dealership to see if they could check the brakes because they were pulsating badly and felt very unsafe. They said they would have to charge me a diagnostic fee even though I had just purchased the car. I took it to another place where they checked on the brakes for no charge and they said the rotors were warped and needed to be replaced along with the brake pads. My husband had his car serviced faithfully for a long time. Thought he was building trust with your service department. Boy were we wrong. He has saved ALL his paperwork. On different occasions your staff told him there was a bolt they couldn't tighten, but not to worry. We had no idea it was the oil drain plug that they had stripped out until he went to another mechanic. We were fortunate that the drain plug didn't fall out, considering it was just hanging. But it has now costed us almost $1000 to fix what your staff had done. NO ONE ELSE besides your staff had worked on that car. The mechanic that worked on it will be more than happy to talk to you about this situation. We live in the country and should be able to trust someone under the hood of our vehicles, but obviously we cannot trust Kasper's services. Too bad. We purchased several vehicles from you in the past but we will NEVER buy from such sleazy people again!! The saddest thing of all is that neither one of us had been there for quite a while and nobody from your company bothered to call to find out why. Obviously now that the son has taken over the company it is being run into the ground. The name that used to be big on honesty and integrity is now a laughing stock all over town and beyond. read more

I also had a less than favorable experience with Kasper Toyota. Purchase a car for our son because of the price and life time warranty. Salesman (Dale) was easy to work with but the rest of the staff were not worth the drive. The car was good but had a few things for them to take care of - management would not take care of the $98 fixes that needed to be made even after agreed upon with salesman stating that they were only making a few dollars on sale and could not even afford to pay the salesman on this deal. What kind of business has their management say that. We told the salesman upfront that we were looking for 2 more cars for the other 2 children because we liked their warranty but after this experience I don't think we will be back. It truly was too much work and hassle for the warranty - I am going back to Vandevere for their warranty (which is the same) and they won't hassle you like this back water dealership did. Take my advice --- find a different dealership to do business with you will save the headache. read more

Avoid this service department at all cost. I bought my car at this Kasper in Sandusky about a year ago and it came with the warranty forever plan. Well thank goodness I shopped around on getting my scheduled services done because Kasper will rip you off!!!! 5,000 miles ago which was my first oil change, I called Kasper to see what they charged for a synthetic oil change, I was told 59.99. I called Victory Honda and they wanted 39.99 so of course I went to Honda. A couple weeks ago I set up an appointment at Kasper for an oil change only because I had received a 15.00 coupon in the mail. I wanted to do business with them because I bought my car there and I would love to build a relationship with the service department. Well the second the lady saw the coupon in my hand my oil change price jumped to 75.00. I explained to the lady that the last time I called for a price it was 59.99, she pretty much called me a liar. Well I just got a coupon in the mail from Honda for a synthetic oil change for 34.99. I will never call Kasper again and I will build my relationship with the honest dealership. read more

Kasper Toyota is the most rediculous dealership in Ohio! Were in the military and we wanted to buy a new SUV. Troy the general manager would not match the price of any other dealer because he has no competition within thirty miles. He said he can sell the cars for whatever price he wants. I purchased my first car from there and thought they would give me a deal on a new one. The sales team were extremely rude and pushy. The general manager asked a friend of ours to prove he got a car for a price lower then his offer is was FIVE THOUSAND dollars cheaper at tansky Toyota in Dublin Ohio. Tansky is amazing and they don't pressure you at all! They through in extras and even called me a week later to see how I liked the car. KASPER takes advantage of people because the closest Toyota is forty five minutes away! DONT GO TO KASPER TOYOTA next to the Sandusky Mall EVER. Call Tansky and ask to talk to there General Manager and he will even test drive the car with you. He will beat any deal and crush any deal KASPER offers.
