Since then, we have found that there is a Toyota recall that is stopping the vehicles from being released to the dealer. Over the past 70+ days we have felt like the team at Kasper has treated us fairly. As we are reaching about our wits end with corporate Toyota and the 30-90 more days we are anticipating to wait, it only seems fair to appreciate the dealership for our repeated visits, and their continued support in getting this resolved. We have been so anxiety ridden (we aren't ones to just leave tens of thousands of dollars with someone and leave empty handed lol), I haven't even thought to take pictures.
