When received car - have since been told there is no built in navigation system and I have to pay a monthly subscription fee to use navigation. Sales person admits to providing the wrong information. Using prior owners account to access navigation system when demonstrating use. Have asked for resolution from company. Offered to cover 1 year of subscription. Will keep car much longer than 1year. Cost of adding navigation system is between $5,000-6,000. Have opened complaint through Toyota customer service. Have called for follow up approximately 6 times and told I will receive call back from manager, and manager has never returned call. I called dealership myself and asked to talk with manager who was not available, and was told he (Matt) will call me back and he has not. Sold by giving false information from dealership.

They were easy to make an appointment with, weren't bothered I was a half hour early, and quoted me the a solid price for Mobil 1 full synthetic, 100-110. Service team was pleasant, and followed COVID safety practices. Dealership was nice and clean. There wasn't much in their interior showroom, I assume with how hard it is for dealers to get cars combined with wanting to be outside for the open air. Two sales people offered to help me, and "I'm all set, thank you" with a smile was enough for them- no pestering. There's not much to say, I came in, service was done quickly, and I was on my way. . . Until the shocker. My oil change was 25% cheaper than I expected! I was confused, thinking maybe the mis priced it, or used the wrong oil. The service handler verified- right oil, that's the price. Hell, I'm not going to fight it!! My only complaints would be that they lowered my air pressure on the tires (I should have asked them not to adjust it, my fault), and they don't take American Express. This is my new spot, and I finally have a Chevy dealer to recommend.

Over the past 70+ days we have felt like the team at Kasper has treated us fairly. As we are reaching about our wits end with corporate Toyota and the 30-90 more days we are anticipating to wait, it only seems fair to appreciate the dealership for our repeated visits, and their continued support in getting this resolved. We have been so anxiety ridden (we aren't ones to just leave tens of thousands of dollars with someone and leave empty handed lol), I haven't even thought to take pictures. Therefore, I had to inconvenience someone else to take my car the next morning while I went to work. From there, my completion date was changed AT LEAST 5 times, I stopped counting after awhile!
