    Fried beef noodles
    Sam T.

I love this food court. For the most part everything is delicious and super cheap. Food: I only ordered the fried noodles here. It didn't taste as good as their competitors (but still good) next to them but their menu is a bit more gourmet looking. I will give them another shot. Perhaps buy to go for dinner. Service: Order at the counter and pick your order up. Not much service involved. The lady taking the order wasn't as cranky as some of the other eateries in this food court. Environment: Definitely for the older immigrant crowd looking for super cheap bites and willing to take an attitude on occasion. Price: $6...for a full meal.....freshly made....cheap! Food: 4 Service: 3 Environment: 3 Price: 5

Pretty awesome!! Each dish I have gotten was $6 or $6.50 (no extra tax) and the food fills up a whole to-go box! So far I have tried the Chef Special Fried Rice, X.O. Hot Sauce Seafood Fried Rice, Chef Special Chow Fun, and Seafood Pan Fried Noodle. The only downsides are that the parking lot is crowded and the food takes a while to come out, but the food is freshly made and so delicious. We usually snack on some and then bring the rest home for the next two or three meals! :D

The food and service was okay, nothing about this place stood out from other restaurants that are also here, except for the fact that the food was not pricey! They messed up my order putting in beef instead of the seafood but they changed it when they notice they got it wrong. I ordered a seafood chow mein for $7 but it did not actually have seafood in it, lots of fried noodles, but very less toppings. Only like 4 small pieces of fish, some shrimp, gailan, carrot, no octopus or crab meat.

We picked up cheap food for dinner and honestly I didn't expect much. The food met my expectations. Chef special fried rice ($6.50): mixed with pork and small frozen shrimps, the fried rice was pretty bland. House special fish fillet ($6.50): tasted like frozen fish. French style chicken tender ($6.50): the best dish from all 3 dishes, but that doesn't say much. Located at the food court, Master Zhou service was slower than the other restaurants there. The dishes were served with steamed rice and clear soup. The steamed rice was dry. I threw away both the rice and soup. 2 stars!! Master Zhou is not yummylicious!!

I just order the prok. The taste is fine but is not cook weel down. I am afraid the animal parasiteras. I tried to talk to the staff but they just talked that is normal.

I came here to grab dinner one night and decided to go with their special fried rice. The restaurant is inside of the food court for "the square" plaza. Out of the other places that exist in this food court I would say the fried rice I had here was pretty bland in comparison so I wouldn't even come back to try the rice. The one great thing though about Master Zhous though is their amazing prices and portions. If you just want some food in your system and are on a budget then this can be tough to beat. Yes there is much better food all around it but the prices are very low as you can see from the menu pictures and the portions are also huge. It is like a cheap meal you can have for dinner and also pack some for lunch the next day.

I love the beef noodle soup here! I usually go to Harlam's Kitchen but they are close on Wednesday's. This eatery caught my eye because it's the cleanest looking place in the food court. The prices are unbeatable! My beef noodle soup was only $5. No tax. It came with a light broth, fresh egg noodles, steamed bok choy and a few pieces of braised beef. They also have a homemade chili oil that paired perfectly with my soup.

    Korean style stir-fried rice cakes

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP Did I mention that Master Zhou is super inexpensive? Well if that message didn't come through, let me say it again: the food hurr is delicious and it won't wreck your budget! Master Zhou is a new addition to the Garvey Square Shopping Center Food Court. They specialize in traditional Cantonese cuisine. These folks don't cook the food until you order it. Since my mom and I already stuffed our faces at another booth in the dining court, we only tried one dish: Korean style stir-fried rice cakes with seafood. I know, it's strange that we had a Korean entree from a Chinese eatery but this was essentially Chinese rice cakes (nian gao). I'm not entirely sure why they labeled it "Korean" because it was prepared Chinese style. Anyway, pondering aside, the rice cakes were sauteed with vegetables, shrimp, fish fillet, and scallops. The seafood offering was pretty generous considering that the dish only cost $6 (pre-taxes), and the portions were huge. The rice cakes were mildly flavored with soy sauce, which resulted in a savory and slightly sweet taste. The starch from the rice cakes helped thicken the sauce to produce a smooth coating--almost like satin. Although simple at first glance, this dish was actually quite complex. The rice cakes' silky exterior was also combined with a chewy texture that contrasted well with the thinly sliced vegetables and tender pieces of seafood. All of the ingredients were fresh and scrumptious. Furthermore, the rice cakes came straight from the wok so they were piping hot. There was a cloud of steam rising from the container when we were called to pick it up. Last but not least, there was legit "wok hay", a sign of proper and authentic Chinese cooking. Please reference this article for an elegant description of wok hay: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4759306 For six bucks, this dish was excellent and very filling! We chatted with the customers sitting next to us, who ordered some chicken chow fun from Master Zhou. They enjoyed their noodles and the serving size appeared to be consistent for all items. The kitchen looked clean (albeit, it is NEW) and the woman at the counter was nice and friendly. Everything on Master Zhou's menu hovers around the $6 mark. Incredibly affordable for good quality Chinese food. Cash only!

Food: I've been going here since they've opened! And, ordered their Braised Beef Brisket frequently as it's one of my favorite dishes! However, they changed their brisket with Turnip to Dried Tofu Skin! Although I love Tofu Skin I was really DISAPPOINTED that they've added Broccoli to it as well. What comes to mind? Filler = Less Beef Brisket Order Placing: I've never had any problems with placing my orders before. But, the last couple of times that I've been there, they have given me something that I didn't order. 1st time I ordered Tomato Beef Stir Fried Spaghetti and got Stir Fried Udon with Pork. We always ordered Spaghetti. Today, I ordered Sauteed Chicken with Veggies and got ALL veggies, No Chicken. Obviously we didn't know this until we got home. Are they not paying attention since they've gotten more business??? Summary: Please remember your regular customers! Please don't start skimping on your quality and quantity of your dishes as this is why you have repeat customers.

We ended up getting a set for $168 this time, which came with 6 dishes. It's also $35 per lb for lobster, and I asked for the smallest one. Apparently, the smallest one was 4.8 lbs, which was another $168, so I'm not sure if they upsold me. Anyways, the food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed it. This is what I thought about the food we got. House Seafood Soup - Simple and clean soup. Good portion, and it was soothing to eat. Lots of squid. (4/5) Clams with Spicy Sauce - Large clams with tons of meat, and the sauce was fire. Always a good choice. (5/5) Crab with Salt & Pepper - Loved the seasoning, and the flavors were solid. (4.5/5) Thai Style Beef Stew - First time trying this, and it was good. A bit different, but the meat chunks were tasty and the overall flavors were good. (4/5) Sautéed Pea Sprouts - Nicely done vegetable dish. It's simple but refreshing with good flavors. (4/5) Fried Whole Fish - This dish was gone so fast because it was delicious. Nicely fried and not overly seasoned. (5/5) Signature Lobster - I feel like you have to get this here since it's their specialty. It's pricey, but in my opinion, it's the best and freshest lobster in town. Tons of green onions, seasoned well, fresh meat, and lots of lobster roe. (5/5) Service was good, and they didn't automatically add a mandatory tip for a large party. The total came out to around $364, which is pricey, but the food was phenomenal. Parking - Valet only, but they have street parking in front. I parked on the street since there were plenty of spots on a Wednesday, but I assume it gets busy on weekends.

That said, the experience before and during the meal was a bit frustrating. When we called in speaking English, the person who answered gave us a lot of rules for a large party. We were told they couldn't accommodate us together, that we would have to split tables, and that there would be a minimum spend for each table. However, when our parents called back and spoke in their native language, they were able to accommodate the large party without any minimum spend . During the meal, when we asked our waitress if we had ordered enough, she encouraged us to add significantly more food. I understand it can be hard to estimate for a big party, but we ended up with so many leftovers that it probably could have fed a party of 20 people. The service was okay overall, but there were a few frustrating moments. For example, when we asked for iced tea, she said they didn't have it. I had to specifically ask for hot tea with a cup of ice, which worked fine, but it would have been nice if she had suggested that option. Overall, the food was great, but the service and communication is LACKING
