This place is a total SCAM. Do NOT buy from there. At time of sale, they lie about every single thing. Delivery is NOT free. Nothing is included. They will tell you a delivery date which is no such thing at time of sale. You have to wait weeks and weeks for someone to contact you about scheduling which takes more weeks. 06/04 - Second Review, I spoke to the Assistant Manager, Trina, on Friday, June 2nd, on this entire issue mentioned below. all she is willing to do is send the same gentlemen back up to my house with "some" parts from Master Spa to try to piece this lemon back together. While I then wait for a 3rd issue to surface. I keep telling them I dont want this Spa, dont trust Master Spa and I want this Spa picked up. I DO NOT WANT IT Fixed again , I want it picked up. I will be calling Master Spa tomorrow to find out what they are willing to do to make this right with me. This is not what I was sold. Be very leery of this company and its promises. They will not stand behind their product once you buy it. Run don't walk away from this outlet. I purchased my spa last year in May 1st. and the Spa has been down (not working) more than it has worked. Shortly after I received my spa, the spa emptied itself!! Found out that some of the plastic connections were never glued at the factory, zero Q & A!! The Spa ran empty, I am not sure how long since the circuit breaker on the Spa cord, did not shut off the electricity. Not sure how long it ran empty, however, has not worked correctly since then. After waiting over 2 months for Hot Tub & Swim Spa outlet to send someone to service the Spa, while not being able to use it, however, paying my loan every month, found out two pipes were not even glued at the factory. Once glued back I thought my Spa would then work, WRONG!!!! Something happened to this Spa while running empty with no water in it and it now runs 24 x 7 no matter what setting its on to the tune of a $250.00 electric bill! Either the mother board or thermostat got fried during this issue. I have called and spoke to Ben Nable the salesman who sold me the Spa, and the only honest person that works there & seems to care, and nothing has yet happened. This Spa was a Lemon and nobody including Dallas in Customer Support has called me back or made good on this Spa. I cannot use this Spa, have had to fill it up 3 times at my expensive all while paying monthly payment. This is the worst purchase I have EVER made with a company that does not CARE at all about the Customer once the Spa has been delivered Just like when you buy a car and drive off the lot! Buyer be ware so this does not happen to you. I am not done with this battle & I hope this helps another Customer from dealing with this Company who does not care one bit about its Customers!! They have never returned my calls or inquiries. The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I made a multitude of calls to make inquires on how to operate my unit and they have not made any effort to return my calls. A new employee always answers the phone and he cannot offer any guidance due to his tenure. I guess that once they have your money you are on your own. First of all, sit tight because this is a truly comprehensive experience. I started with a general search for spas and jacuzzis, casting a pretty wide net. Trina answered nearly immediately fully armed with answers, pictures, ideas, all without a hint of pressure or obligation. Next step was the try out. I went in to meet her and check out the products in person. The product speaks for itself. I landed on the Challenger 15 because it checked all the boxes Trina helped me navigate through. She walked me patiently through the process of delivery and setting up electrical. She also has helped me learn the functionality of my spa. I live pretty far from the actual spa location and I would say, the spa and Trina made this experience so wonderful and enjoyable it was worth the journey.
