I was looking for someone to replace our pool skimmer and was in a bit of a rush bc we were also replacing our deck at the same time. My main objective was to get the skimmer done before we were set to pour concrete. Thankfully Tony was able to fit us in and had his guys come first thing Monday morning. What I appreciated about the entire process was the constant communication and follow up that Tony provided. Even though our job was not a big project or would take only a day or two he was onsite checking to see how things were going and keeping me informed. He also kindly included a fix for our pool coping that was not part of the skimmer replacement but he went ahead and did it anyways because he wanted to make sure we were happy. I am really happy with the end result. His workers were respectful, paid attention to the details, and did not rush through the job. They also cleaned up after themselves when they finished. I had a crew out to my house the very next day. They removed the entire step and used all new composite material. There is no paint that will peel, no splits in wood. Spacing of the planks is perfect. I would absolutely hire them again. EDITED TO NOTE, I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY THE COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO CORRECT THE ISSUES. I AM PLEASED ABOUT THAT. I WILL UPDATE FURTHER WHEN THIS HAPPENS. I spent approximately $75,000 with this company. The paving job was the main job. Front, driveway and backyard. They did an awesome job on the pavers. The small job was to add a wooden step around an existing wood deck. This is where everything fell apart. The planks were laid at different distances apart. The paint bubbled in numerous places. The Redwood they said they used, has split down the center of some pieces. Josef was responsive to my complaints and sent out the worker to repair. This happened 3 times. He repaired the wood cracks with "bondo". There are so many layers of paint, it's peeling off. I gave this company one year and 3 attempts to make this step look as it should. It's now been almost 1.5 years and now it's time to let the world know...DO NOT HIRE WAY TO GO BUILDERS for any wood projects. You will be wasting your money. I'm attaching pictures.

He kept the job moving at a surprisingly fast pace and promptly resolved issues as they arose. Pricing was competitive -- we got multiple estimates and Way To Go came in reasonable without cutting corners. You can see it in the finish quality: the stonework is clean, the tile on the curved bench is precise, and the side yard pathway turned out better than we imagined. So when our church in Fullerton needed its baptismal pool heater replaced, Ryan's crew performed above and beyond....the work was done in five hours, even with a slight hill to have to climb with the heater in tow to the installation enclosure. There was one little glitch which at first indicated an issue with one of the circuit boards inside the heater...but, after a couple of calls to the tech specialist, the problem was fixed, and the job was completed....(a simple tightening of a loose wire did the trick)....an excellent job by Bruno and Sean from start to finish...even painted the white PVC piping with gray spray paint to match the other piping in the enclosure.
