Just two days later, I received another text threatening legal action over one month's past-due balance. This type of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. On the day of startup, they came out and he spent a ton of time on the phone in the front of my house. No update from him, he left and I get a random text that my house is out of their service area. I told them that makes no sense as we have been in touch for a few weeks and I was assured all was good. They opted to not take my pool on and told me to contact someone else. They said they wouldn't charge me for the visit like they did me a solid..i just don't get it. All I asked was for transparency and not leave me in a position to call back the other pool companies and ask for a quote. I said, since you made a mistake and it's out of your service area, can you just finish the start up you promised me and I'll find another company to do the maintenance. They said no.
