The absolute best service I've ever had at any oil change place in this whole country (and my cars have been around ;-) . From start to finish, everyone is courteous and efficient. Not only do they provide fast oil changes, they vacuum the interior as well. I currently have an old car with a lot of miles on it that I can't afford to replace. Last time I was in Master Lube was after a repair shop had done an oil change along with a repair. The guy who changed the oil spoke with me regarding the weight of the oil, as the other shop had chosen a different weight than what ML used. He explained why the other weight was better for my older car, but left the choice completely up to me--which, as a woman, I really appreciated. The guys also noticed a couple of other issues with the car (headlamp burned out and bad windshield wiper) and were able to take care of them as well. I checked online afterward, and what I was charged was less than what I would have spent to buy the parts on Amazon and then (try to) do the work myself. So yeah... Master Lube is tops. Knowledgeable, thorough, helpful without being pushy or condescending, and absolutely no upselling. And all that at a great price! read more

**outstanding customer service report** I have been getting my car serviced at Master Lube for a long time now and stupidly took my car to Express Lube instead because they have longer hours. No bueno! I had a bad feeling after the tech went super fast and had a lazy attitude, and so I brought my car in to Master Lube to get it double checked the next day (I really should have waited and had them do it all). Sure enough, the oil change from Express left my drain plug loose and stripped very badly, and the oil was way over filled. The guys at Master did a complete inspection and said no charge because I am a regular (left a tip of course!) These guys are outstanding. Remember the Quicksilver house scene in the X-Men Apocalypse movie? They are at that level in terms of speed and efficiency. I was on my way to Canada from Seattle a month ago. At some point on the freeway, my car started coughing up smoke from the engine compartment. I found Master Lube nearby. The folks noticed transmission fluid leaking (I had my tranny rebuilt from a different shop few months back and may have added way too much fluid). The guys pumped out the extra fluids and my car resumed normally. They didn't charge me as it was a quick fix and it was service they don't usually do. I provided a tip. Life savers! All of the reviews mention efficiency. For me, the operative word here is thorough. How many times have we all been to someplace that is "efficient" by cutting corners? Not here. They check everything. I know. I'm one of those types who doesn't sit in the waiting room but who walks around to the garage exit door and watches them working on my car. The synchronization among the staff as they work on multiple vehicles is impressive to observe. As others have noted, when they find any fluids are low, they top them up. I watched them top up my brake fluid and pour in the better part of a gallon of wind shied wiper fluid. After checking everything, they give you options. For example: my car is getting up there in terms of mileage. They explained to me the pros and cons of the three different grades of oil they offer with respect to my car. Also, there was no pressure to select one option over another; it was strictly my choice. Similarly, they found an air filter that was beginning to get dirty. They would have been happy to sell me one but were cool about it when I chose to wait. Meanwhile, I'm thinking, "I just had this car in to a dealer for a major periodic maintenance. Why didn't the dealer find the filter and alert me?" (Of course, at most dealers, you can't observe them working on your car, so who knows what happens?) Bottom line: the oil change itself is competitively priced. The service is quick and efficient. All the thorough checking, the extra fluids, the options, are icing on the cake. read more

They quoted a cost for wiper blades in case I wanted them changed and when I declined they were just as happy as if I had wanted them replaced. I felt no pressure to buy more than what I had come in for. There is a small waiting room that is comfortable enough. Every one of the staff that I spoke with was friendly and helpful with a cheerful and pleasant attitude. Worried to take our new car to any wash I did a bit of research and was happy to find Master Lube. Soft touch automatic wash with a good hand scrub and wipe down before and after. 7,9,12 dollar options (9 is probably the most worth it). Wish the blow dry was a bit stronger (drive through that part slow) and wish the towels they used to dry my windows didn't shed as much but all in all, happy with the wash. read more

We stopped by without an appointment and had no trouble getting what we needed taken care of. I had tow kit wires loose underneath my car and asked if they could zip tie it up. I offered to supply the ties but they took care of it, no questions asked. I didn't mind paying a little fee for the extra time but there was none. Fast service and friendly workers. Oil Change joint for life! I was in here yesterday with my two small boys making a... distraction all the while. They were fast, courteous, a team descended on my car, under, under the hood, VACUUMING out my kid car of cheerios, dirt and gawd knows what else. Best 12 dollar car wash EVER! They even took extra time at no charge to help me sleuth what I though was a fuse issue with my rear wiper and ultimately gave me a referral to a mechanic (that I needed anyway!). I had called my previous (and great) mechanic about an oil change, $100 and prob half a day. So I really appreciate having two options for opinions on car issues in the future. $62 here got me an oil change, a shiny, VACUUMED car and a very pleasant experience. Every time I've been here they gave me fantastic service. They never try to add on unnecessary extras or push specialty products. My car was leaking fluid, and they ordered the part and had it all fixed up within three days. The staff is friendly and balances the line of talking simply, but not down to me. (I know next to nothing about cars) They also work fast, even with a line, it usually doesn't take a terribly long time to have work done. read more
