The fastest oil change I've ever had in my life. I drove up to the garage and the manager started to take care of me. The price was good only 36 and change. They immediately started working on it. I got on yelp to look at other reviews and they were already done. Seriously under 10 minutes. Maybe even 5. What I really appreciated was they did what i wanted and didn't try to up sell me. They didn't do the dirty air filter trick that some if their competition does, i watched them. They are honest, hardworking, fair priced guys. Got there at 10:20 on a Friday. Was greeted with the words: "It will be about a 45 minute wait". Would have been nice to hear: Hi- Welcome to Express Lube, how can we help you today"? 90 minutes later they finished. Was never asked what type of oil I wanted. I got the bill for 99.00 and of course said.."What?!". Noticed one of the "kids" out back "vaping" while the lady ahead of me was impatiently waiting. Really not a great way to nun a business-any business! Was charged 42.95 for a 4X4 oil change...no problem. Then an additional 22.95 for a "synthetic" oil change...ummm...? Why don't they just charge you once and charge more for synthetic oil? Not my first choice for an oil change anymore. Used to be a great place. read more

Tried this place for the first time today. Totally impressed with the quality of service. Asked them to replace the air filter. They came in with it and said it looked fine ! Anyplace else would have just done it. Honesty and integrity go a long way to building a business. We have 3 vehicles and they will all be coming here now, even though it's out of the way ! How is it possible that this place only has 2 reviews??? Others are being deprived probably of the best service experience of their life I read one review on here that said that they vacuumed and washed the car windows after service. I figured wow that was so nice of them thinking it was a random act of kindness but took my car anyway for an oil change since it was the cheapest rate I ever heard of in the 8 years of servicing the car. When I showed up there was a ton of people and I thought oh geez I better just come back. The service tech advised me to just leave the car and it'll be done in 45 minutes. I strolled to the grocery store came back and the car was parked outside of the shop all vacuumed on the inside, windows washed and service done!!! Not only is the most cost efficient place but they are just good people running a good business...and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to service :) read more

Have been there on 5 other occasions, they have always been fast. I have not ever needed to review their work so would not have guessed otherwise. Today I went there for a routine oil change but had replaced the drain plug as I knew its threads were slightly stripped which caused a very small leak I have been monitoring. Once I got into the car, there was no oil reminder sticker. Not needed but a nice reminder. Then checked oil life indicator, still said 30% not reset to 100%. Arriving home I wanted to check the oil pan to monitor known leak. The drain plug was changed but the oil filter was never changed. Seriously? Immediately took it back and the guy said we took off the blue Honda filter....uhh no you didn't, he took back and saw the same filter. Said sorry and they would fix it...that's what I paid for. There corrective action was to change the filter I paid for and my next oil change they will give me the full service instead of oil and "filter" change. Wow like $6-10 savings. Please! the next one should at least be free or even refund the current one would be more appropriate. Make a sincere statement that you were wrong and go the extra bit to make it right. * Buyer beware* Too many short cuts with 3 or 4 guys there. Fact is this happened and my review is important for those that use for recommendations. I hope this was a rare occurrence but oil changes being their business this is unacceptable! read more

I went here for an oil change and the guys in the shop told me it required a $70 synthetic oil change according to their system. This is untrue, in fact the owners manual recommends SAE 5W-20 which is a conventional oil. I understand that it is most likely protocol to follow what their system says for vehicle oil needs; however, the situation was handled in an unprofessional manor. The employee I dealt with was rude and told me to "go ahead and void my cars warranty" when I told him I would be taking my car elsewhere. A simple "sorry this is protocol that I must follow" would have sufficed. read more

I was actually looking forward to getting my oil changed here based on the rave reviews. Pulled up at 1:15 on a Thursday afternoon to find all the service bays empty. I parked and walked around a bit not seeing anyone and made my way into their office. Two young men were eating lunch and the one stared at me as I entered and said nothing. I asked about an oil change and he said, "Yeah, we're at lunch right now so we can't help you. We're the only ones here. You could come back in about 20 minutes and then we could help." Between his body language and tone of voice, it was clear he was annoyed that I had interrupted their lunch but what made me decide to leave (and NOT come back 20 minutes later) was the complete lack of enthusiasm for customer service. Had he been more apologetic about having to take a break or shown ANY INTEREST AT ALL in customer service I would have gladly come back 20 minutes later. Instead I voted by leaving and it is unlikely I'll ever try again. I understand that these were likely teenagers who have no interest in long term customer service or how much business this place generates, but hopefully the owners do and give these two a pep talk for future lunch break situations. read more
