While packing my car I left my keys that are attached to my wallet in the back seat. Jose communicated amazingly and was even available via text. He arrived within 20 minutes. The customer service, price, and timing I truly was in need of after a roughy start to my day. I will be saving Jose's contact to in case I need a car locksmith again(hopefully I don't). I will also be referring him and this company to my network if they're ever in need of any locksmith services.

Later, I asked if he could come back to tighten the door handle that is loose as a result of the lock change. I was told that someone would call back to come out. No one ever called. Given what I initially paid and the quality of service, I can't recommend them to anyone.

The only thing somewhat objectionable is the way they accept payment. They don't take checks, but will take credit cards. That part is okay. Rather than having any kind of standard credit card processor, they put your card under an old fashioned set of carbon papered charge slips and rub an impression using a pen. In this day of security consciousness, that rubbed me (pardon the pun) the wrong way.

It's the week of getting house stuff done before I go on vacation. So my door has been drafty,…read morecreaky, and crooked for a while, but I finally decided to get it addressed. Right after putting in an inquiry on here, I got a message and then a phone call not long after that. I scheduled for the 2-4pm time frame for someone to come and give me a free estimate, and two guys showed up at 1:53pm. I was surprised, because I was told I would get a text, but I didn't. It didn't work in their system for some reason, I saw him try in front of me. But it was a pleasant surprise, I was available! Their names were Elmer and Kingston. They assessed the door, told me what they would have to do to fix it, gave me the honest price point, and asked me whether I wanted to hold off or have it done immediately. I decide to just get it done, and so I asked them to hold on for me to secure my cats so they wouldn't run outside. They literally had to take the door off of the hinges! They used that time to go grab tools and a patiently waited for me to let them know when my cats were secured. The job didn't take that long, I didn't actually time it.... Maybe about 40 minutes? They were efficient and really did their thing. So now, my door is fixed and I'm ready to go on vacation. They aren't the closest geographically, but they do serve the entire area. Would recommend if your door is having issues!

He didn't care that the lock they installed didn't last a year or that we couldn't lock our front door. That's the worst service I could imagine
