My experience started off rocky but the operator did an excellent job at correcting the situation…read more Called this company spoke with operator who was very nice. He quoted me $125.00. Locksmith came quickly, but he was very grumpy and rude. Once the locksmith looked at our lock and attempted to open it he informed my husband and it was very hard to open and he could not open it until we paid an additional $40.00, which I am unsure of why we hard to pay more money. The locksmith still could not get the lock open so he had to break our lock in order for us to get into our home. It's my understanding from my rental office that once a locksmith breaks your lock that they usually replace and rekey your lock for you. This person left our lock broken and told us that if we are willing to call him directly he will charge us separately. So I called the office told them what happened the operator was extremely apologetic about what the locksmith did and sent another person who was much nicer and the replaced and rekeyed our locks for us with no additional charge. My experience started rocky but I can forgive a rude employee as long as management recognizes the problem and works to correct the issue. I recommend this company.

These guys get five stars for getting me out of a bind - and quickly!…read more One night, in a failed attempt to multitask, I had brownies in the oven - and got the bright idea to walk my dog while they were baking. I had 30 minutes for the brownies to finish, which I though was good time to do the walk and return just before the brownies were done. We left out of the house, and without thought, I locked the knob lock and quickly shut the door behind me. With no keys. Luckily, I had my phone, did a quick search for a "locksmith near me" and found Jet Locksmith. It took a tech (Gary?) about 20 minutes to get to me on that rainy night. Quick service, nice guy, reasonably priced! I even had the time to rescue the brownies from a fiery fate.

My front door knob had been manipulated to work by the previous owners of my new home so at some…read morepoint on Memorial day, the door knob came off and I was unable to leave through my front door. I immediately called and someone was supposed to come that night. 2.5 hours later, no one arrived so I had to reschedule for 3pm the next day. The day of service the technician arrived to fix the door. Once he gave me the price ($380) and it seemed very high and unreasonable but from a security standpoint, my parents were concerned about my safety so they said I didn't really have another choice. As the technician was doing the work, he left saw dust and wood all over my floor and didn't clean up (claimed he didn't have a broom or mini vacuum). Additionally he ascetically altered the lock area that the lock goes into and left gapping holes in my dry wall and wood that I am left to repair. lastly, the lock was left sticking and without a smooth open and close, but it did lock. he quickly gave me the keys and left. Upon showing pictures to my family, they were quickly alerted that I had been taken advantage of given the fact that my door and wall frame were damage, and lock hiccuping. Additionally the lock was priced at approx $75 and even with a hour of labor at $100 (he was there for 42 mins and it'can be proven on my camera). He lied and said his rate was $195/hour. At that rate, my door should not have looked the way it did, and the lock mechanism is completely altered, which still creates a security issue. Family attempted to intervene only to receive a $60 refund. Given the poor quality of the work, and lack of integrity in pricing for the service, I want my money back. I also contacted another lock smith who verified pricing for the work I had done at $194 plus tax. Jets locksmith should come and inspect the work themselves, then tell me it was worth what was paid. As a new homeowner, you always hope you can trust the integrity of a company you call in an emergency and, Jet locksmiths failed me. The pictures don't even truly show how terribly I was treated and taken advantage of! Can someone help me to rectify this???

They answered my call right away and sent someone out promptly. The technician Moses was very kind and professional. The pricing was very fair and I would certainly use them again (although I'm praying I don't lock us out again!) Thank you again Caliber Locksmith for your stellar service! You made an unpleasant situation, bearable.

It was like 100 degrees outside and we're standing outdoors scrolling through our phones looking for lock smiths. I find Mr. LOCKSMITH online and he has only 12 reviews but they are all 5 star. It's the week of getting house stuff done before I go on vacation. So my door has been drafty,…read morecreaky, and crooked for a while, but I finally decided to get it addressed. Right after putting in an inquiry on here, I got a message and then a phone call not long after that. I scheduled for the 2-4pm time frame for someone to come and give me a free estimate, and two guys showed up at 1:53pm. I was surprised, because I was told I would get a text, but I didn't. It didn't work in their system for some reason, I saw him try in front of me. But it was a pleasant surprise, I was available! Their names were Elmer and Kingston. They assessed the door, told me what they would have to do to fix it, gave me the honest price point, and asked me whether I wanted to hold off or have it done immediately. I decide to just get it done, and so I asked them to hold on for me to secure my cats so they wouldn't run outside. They literally had to take the door off of the hinges! They used that time to go grab tools and a patiently waited for me to let them know when my cats were secured. The job didn't take that long, I didn't actually time it.... Maybe about 40 minutes? They were efficient and really did their thing. So now, my door is fixed and I'm ready to go on vacation. They aren't the closest geographically, but they do serve the entire area. Would recommend if your door is having issues!
