I lost my car key so purchased one from this guy 2 years ago. The cost was about half of what the dealer would charge. But it stopped working. Where as the key which came with the car is still working 7 years later. The key from my previous car, which was 17 year old, never broke. And this guy says their warranty is only 30 days. ~Story time~ 8:30ish on a Thursday: I leave through the garage to go pick up my curbside order from Cheesecake Factory stupidly with just a wallet & too cellphones. I close the door and right when I heard the snap of the lock, did it dawn on me I locked myself out of my house and I'd have to live in my garage oh and.... I now have to walk to get my food. Sigh. My immediate reaction was irrational & illogical. Seriously frantic and couldn't think straight and I was hungry! I tried calling my housekeeper and she couldn't get to me. My family?... ha! I must call a locksmith. I must pay for a locksmith. I must resign myself to give up my allowance for the week for a locksmith so I dont have to live in my garage. Grrr. I call three places that I've searched through Yelp. I had to really search because Yelp doesn't display in distance. I find three companies in the area. I call. Two tried to okie doke me into an adjustable rate. I insist, "you can't come til we agree on a price because if it's too high, I won't pay it but I'll be in my house" I call here and the technician answered within a decent amount of rings, was polite, confirmed my address, asked his questions & offered me a flat rate. The two other places even called me back asking who I settled on and for how much. I wasn't interested in someone wanting to play in my misfortune. I gave them no response. Can I say I'm overjoyed with this company? Expert level locksmithing. He got me in and didn't cause damage. He was patient, kind, very timely and even gave me advice. My locks are high end security so I was nervous and surely didn't want to lay down the cash for replacements. I'd wish a lockout on no one, but IF you need one, this is who you call. Honest. No BS. Will give you a flat price. Professionalism. Efficient. Competent. I have used Asaf's Locksmith to replace locks on my exterior doors. He was efficient, provided multiple keys, and was reasonably priced.

I was locked out of my moving pod and had movers coming in an hour. I was in a panic! I called Asaf's for help. They requested a picture of the lock and said they could help. Admittedly my lock was challenging, but once I sent the picture of the lock, they would not answer my calls and sent me to voicemail 4 times. They never returned my call and left me locked out. Luckily I called another service who responded quickly, was reasonable, professional, polite and quick. I would never recommend Asaf to anyone. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: I provided the picture via text, so it wasn't a link. If there was an issue, you should have communicated that to your potential customer. Additionally I called you right after sending the picture and no one picked up. I called four times!!! I had no problem with the other lock smith I chose. It was snowing Saturday evening and I started our car to warm up while I brushed the snow off the car. Thanks to Honda's brilliant anti-carjack feature, I was locked out of the car. I needed a replacement 2015 NISSAN Leaf key fob cut and programmed. I bought one off the internet for $45 - knowing that it was a roll of the dice if it could be programmed or not. I called Asaf's and a gruff gentleman said it would cost $155 to program, time and place not discussed. I called Antwerpen NISSAN and got a quote of $65. Ten minutes at the dealer and I had a second working fob. Lesson learned: make a few calls before using this locksmith. read more

Due to theft, I needed my house re-keyed immediately (it was already after 5pm and I preferred it to happen that night). Not only was Asaf easy to reach by phone, he was at my house in 15 minutes. He quoted me over the phone to re-key 3 locks, and when he arrived I asked him to also install a new deadbolt on one of the doors. The quotes were incredibly reasonable, especially given the on-demand service. He was so courteous and kind, explaining everything he was doing the whole time, and explaining why he chose the locks he was installing.
