This place blew me away. Our party of 6 was able to walk in and sit down immediately on a Tuesday night. The restaurant had a cozy vibe to it. This was probably my second time ever really eating Indian food at an actual Indian restaurant. **March 2025: Weeknight Dinner** My friend and I had Masala Bae bookmarked for quite some time and finally made it a point to check it out. We met up at 5:30pm on a Tuesday night and were the first customers there. We saw a very promising buffet area and found out from the server that they had a $25 AYCE Halal dinner buffet option for patrons to enjoy during the month of Ramadan - so we decided to partake! Since we were there right at the start of dinner we had our first pick of everything. They had vegetarian and meat samosas, lots of curry options, and a great assortment of desserts too! I kept going back to the Mango Lassi and I loved that they had dates as a sweet, but nutritious dessert option. Original or garlic naan are also served and it was a great vessel to use when dipping the curries. I want to say that the majority of the meat dishes were chicken and maybe one beef dish, but I would absolutely come back! My girlfriends and I came here to celebrate one of our friend's birthday this past Sunday. We came when they just opened, which was 11am. The place had a wonderful aroma of all the food being prepared ready for the buffet. Since we came right at 11am, some of the food weren't ready yet and we waited a bit. Came here for the lunch buffet on a weekday for $20 and it was soooo worth it! For the buffet, there is a hot food stand, smaller dessert/sauce stand, and then beverage section of mango lassi and chai tea. Unlimited mango lassi- yum!! They even have mango lassi as part of the buffet. I was so full from my meal I didn't even have room for dessert. They sat us down for about 15 minutes and no one ever came to our table to offer water or a menu. We were Completely ignored . I wanted to update my review since I recently went for their AYCE lunch. I much prefer their dinner because their AYCE is mid compared to other AYCE Indian lunches in the area. Their lunch runs to about 2-2:30pm on the weekdays. The staff is really nice and I love that they always have fresh naan that comes out, but their food is just okay. Their selection of food isn't that much compared to other spots. My favorite items there are the paneer masala and tandoori chicken. Everything else was whatever to me. They do have lamb if you are into that. Like I mentioned, staff is nice and they restock when anything runs out. I also like that they were good about taking away unused plates. Pricing was also comparable to other places similar. I just find that they weren't as good as when they first started doing their AYCE buffet. Came here thanks to TokTok friends! A bit disappointed that it didn't live up to the hype I saw on FYP. They didn't have tandoori chicken and if they did it was probably not the traditional kind. My favorite Indian food is chicken Marsala but chicken was dry, flavor was good though. They were also missing the traditional Palak paneer (spinach dish). Dogdamn every time, that Dahi puri and Samos chaat.. I can eat, bathe, fill my drawers with these combos. Refreshing, snacky and heavy all at the same time. But their other paneer appetizer-- I forget the name but it is soooooooooo good I think I need to go back in time and un-digest all my previous Indian paneer and replace them with this. Just inject my bloodstream with your rich ghee spice. Paneer lababdar and makhani are both super flavorful, rich and intensely satisfying. While I can't say how their non-vegetarian dishes are but probably shite in your mum's pants good! That's not to say, under cutting compliment, ALL their dishes are stellar. The buffet station had a wide variety of meats, curries, veggies, and rice. I filled my plate with white rice, chicken biryani, butter chicken, paneer, and fish curry. I'm a regular at another local restaurant for a very good Indian buffet that's become our favorite to-go place, but I came across this one by chance and thought I needed to check out this place.... that was opened not too long ago. Sadly, I was really hoping to try their dosa (crispy Indian crepes), but I was told it was only available at dinner times....bummer. What I liked about the buffet here is that they offer a very wide selection of very yummy looking dishes....perhaps a few more than my regular spot.... like the shrimp curry. Also, pleasantly surprising is that they offer really good mango Lassi (which wasn't overly sweet) and chai tea as part of the buffet price. I must say that the quality and taste of the food here is spot on good! Everything was very delicious and not too salty like some other Indian buffets we'd been to. Everything was hot and fresh prepared, especially as we were the first ones there after opening, but the place soon filled up within 20 to 30 minutes. Delicious hot and freshly baked Naan bread also comes with the buffet and is made fresh once we're seated. I tried most of the dishes they offered in the buffet.... tandoori chicken, chicken and shrimp curries, lentil daal, etc. and everything was absolutely delicious.... all went great with the hot and fresh Naan bread. But a word of warning, however... the food is so good that it can all become very addictive and difficult to know when to stop. Unfortunately, I had to deduct a star because on this day they didn't offer palak paneer (spinach and goat cheese), my absolute favorite and must-have dish in any Indian buffet....bummer again.
