My boyfriend even said his meal tasted better than food from his usual favorite local cafe, so we will definitely be coming back. The only issue was service at the beginning. We were seated outside in the corner and seemed to be forgotten after our drink order. We still had menus on the table, while nearby tables that were seated after us had already ordered and received their food. We eventually had to flag someone down to place our food order. It was nice to be outside, since the weather was beautiful. Once we ordered, though, the food came out very quickly. The food was excellent enough that we will return--we'll just make sure to wave someone down sooner next time.

Our waiter was not the most polite and he brought half of our dishes, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. He forgot the side of bacon, the side of toast and a few other things until we went up and got them. Then we were supposed to get coffee refills, but had to hunt him down for that as well. Which is kind of crazy given how small the restaurant is. I would give this place another try however Beach Break Cafe down the street really blew me away the previous week, so hopefully my next visit here will be a bit of an improvement.
