The decor is always updated and the ambiance is beautiful. Shoutout to Wendy for being a fantastic server. She was super nice when I ate her for my birthday and she remembered me after just serving me once! She even helped me recover a credit card I left on the table. Hard rice (undercooked or cooked and reheated- this is a health issue) and not fully cooked beans. Wilted lettuce that looked like it would make you sick. Less fillings of proteins and vegan cheese, etc. Recently had to throw more than half my order away since it tasted off and I still felt sick afterwards... Are certain locations better than others? It is a chain, right?
