Honestly, it's really disappointing to see a Latino owned business treating its own community this way. We should be supporting our community, not taking advantage of our people. My friend recently had an experience here that was extremely disappointing. Her card didn't go through, but the cashier didn't notice that the payment had been declined and gave her the food anyway. Once my friend realized the payment hadn't gone through, she immediately went back inside and politely explained what had happened because she wanted to make it right. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the cashier became aggressive and accused her of stealing. My friend was extremely embarrassed and upset, especially because she is a local resident who has consistently supported this business. Mistakes happen, but there's a respectful way to handle them. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning. I would encourage others to consider supporting another local business that values and respects its customers.

While other food trucks were getting orders out relatively quickly, this place was taking forever. I ordered a tofu banh mi, was handed a buzzer, and was specifically told not to wander too far from the truck. Meanwhile, my wife and two young kids were waiting for me at a table farther away. I stood around for 20 minutes, watching people who ordered after me receive their food. Finally, I politely approached the counter to ask about my order. Instead of showing any concern, the woman behind the counter gave me a rude look and curtly told me to wait for my buzzer. I explained that I'd already been waiting 20 minutes and that customers who ordered after me had been served. She looked visibly annoyed, only to discover that MY SANDWICH HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE COUNTER THE ENTIRE TIME! They had apparently forgotten to buzz me. No apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake, nothing. And the food? Absolutely disgusting. By the time I opened my $20 tofu banh mi, it was cold, the tofu had soaked into the bread, and the whole sandwich was a soggy, unappetizing mess. Completely inedible. Twenty dollars for a cold, soggy sandwich, 20 minutes wasted away from my family, and staff who treat customers like they're an inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and I would have been understanding if anyone had shown even the slightest bit of courtesy or accountability. Instead, I got attitude and terrible food. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else. I would never recommend this business.
